I am back!!! The weather is boiling hot

so let's escape from the heat to an island to have the time off meaningful.

This time I have got a chance to go to Phuket, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Thailand. I will stay at Deevana Plaza Phuket Patong for 2 nights as I have been invited by the hotel.

Deevana Plaza Phuket Patong used to named Mercure Phuket Deevana.

Deevana Plaza Phuket Patong is located right in the middle of Central Patong. It is totally easy to go everywhere such as Patong beach, Jungceylon Shopping Mall, nightlife street, and so on. The hotel room is not expensive and it is perfect for a total relaxation for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel room is in the buildings with the serenity swimming pool in the middle and fully-equipped with everything needed when you are away from home.

Deevana Plaza Phuket Patong

I have arrived at Deevana Plaza Phuket Patong in the afternoon. Once you have arrived, you might find this place similar to the shopping mall like I do.

I have done checking in so let's take a look around the Lobby!

There are plenty of well-designed seatings in the Lobby.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe Room is the first category of guestroom offered here. It is about 35 square meters and there are 209 rooms including both double and twin bedrooms. The Deluxe Rooms are well decorated and come with 32-inch LCD TV and complementary free Wi-Fi.

The room is nicely decorated with some of Phuket town photos.

The table set on the balcony is perfect to get some fresh air.

The room is well-equipped with almost everything.

There is a bathtub in the bathroom with see-through window but in case you need some privacy then the blind can be shut down.

Premier Room

There are 26 Premier Rooms in total. The rooms are similar to the Deluxe ones but they come with extra packages for example welcome drinks are served upon arrival, it is inclusive of minibar and fruit platter, the LCD TV is bigger with 42 inches, and one more daybed is provided.

There are two more types of rooms which I will show you later because I think it is better to go down and get some more photos during twilight right now. I am still in love with how the Lobby is designed. It is simple but simply beautiful.

I like this ceiling lamp set the most.

There are too many electric cables all around, I wonder when will them be buried underground.

Grand Swimming Pool

A huge swimming pool is surrounded by the hotels' buildings. In case you are too lazy to go out, spending time at the pool is not a bad idea after all.

It seems like people are enjoying their time in the pool. This is very tempting but I guess I have got to take photos first before being able to join them.

The sunbeds here can't be reserved.

Phuket Cafe

Let's go to have breakfast at Phuket Cafe!

Phuket Cafe serves all meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It offers both indoor with air-condition and outdoor, you can choose according to your preference. In addition, the restaurant is clean and well-organized .

It serves buffet breakfast with various kinds of food and they are all in good quality.

You see, there are way too many food.

Orientala Wellness Spa

Orientala Wellness Spa is on 1st floor. There are many kinds of treatments, range from revitalizing to energizing treatments. There are 5 treatments rooms including 3 singles treatment rooms and 2 double treatment rooms that come with private Jacuzzi. Moreover, the lockers are available as well as the separate steam rooms for male and female.

Family Room

Family Room is about 44 square meters and it comes with bunk bed for children. I think this room is totally perfect for a family.

Fitness Center

Fitness Center is on 3rd floor. It is pretty covered with all basic fitness equipment and open 24/7. However, the access is not permitted to those less than 12 years of age. Access is permitted to those 12-16 years of age if accompanied by an adult. Fresh towels and lockers are available for complementary.

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suite is the biggest guestroom in the hotel, it is about 75 square meters and there are four of them. The Deluxe Suite comes with 2 TVs, separate bedroom and living room, private lounge area, dining table, private balcony, kitchen, and coffee maker.

Kids Club

Kids Club is on 1st floor next to the pool and the Lobby and it opens from 9 AM to 6 PM. This is where the imaginations of children come to life. There are LCD TV, table soccer, activity tables, and VDO games available. Furthermore, the children can access to the child pool directly. The access to the Kids Club is permitted to those between 4-12 years of age but have to be accompanied by an adult.

The Lounge

The Lounge is located right next to the Lobby and opens from 10 AM to midnight. It is a good place for hanging out with friends and family. You are able to order some drinks from here or you can even ask to try variety of new signature cocktails of the hotel.

Rooftop Terrace

Rooftop Terrace is on 6th floor. It is a huge terrace on the deck, therefore; this venue is perfect for a group party. In addition, you are able to witness the stunning sunset from here.

I would say this Rooftop Terrace after the sunset is totally romantic.

Sun Bar

Sun Bar is opened from 10 AM to 7 PM. This Sun Bar is located right by the pool so in case you are tired of swimming, you can order some food and drinks directly from the pool. The bar offers variety of food including light meal, main dish, and snacks. Cocktails and mocktails are also available. So this Sun Bar is perfect for those who like swimming and having drinks in the pool as well as those who like to be just by the pool, getting tanned as an example.

Chaicatawan and 2-night stay at Deevana Plaza Phuket Patong

I like that the hotel is not expensive and what you get, offers you a great value for your money. The hotel is well designed and decorated both in guestrooms and public area. For me, I personally like the ceiling lamp at the Lobby. The swimming pool is huge and very attractive. The breakfast buffet offers variety of good quality food and a lot of them are delicious. However, the parking space is limited so it is not that convenient. Lastly, if you ever come to Phuket, don't forget to come and have a meaningful time at Deevana Plaza Phuket Patong.
