Flann O'Brien's Irish has many branches, but this review is at Thonglor. It is located in front of the Eight Thonglor Building. The restaurant offers 70 seats in 4 different zones such as front counter bar, lounge where you can watch live matches and enjoy live music every Wednesday from 19:00hrs onwards, outdoor patio in front of the restaurant and on the second floor. It is decorated in western-style, beautiful, not that bright, but neat and clean while giving the real look of an authentic Irish pub. Let's give it a try!

'Chef's House Salad'

Moist and tender grilled chicken breast without fat and topped with ham and cheese. The clean and fresh mixed salad served with pasta. Balsamic dressing tastes just great. It's a good standard.

Meaty pork sausages, great smell of spices, soft mashed potatoes with rich gravy sauce. It is well made.

'Chicken Pot Pie'

Tender stewed chicken breast is outstanding in creamy sauce and topped with puff pastry. Recommended!

'Sample Sliders'

Crab cake mini burger, soft and chewy whole-wheat bun, easy to eat. Crab meat is scented and tasty.

Beefy burger, standard bun, light scent, good standard.

Fried chicken burger, really soft bun and high-seasoned crispy fried chicken.

'Flann's Truffle Butter Beef Burger'

Multigrain bun is soft, chewy and easy to eat. A thick piece of beef is good with jack cheese and poached egg. Recommended!

'Grilled Trio of Imported Lamb Chops'

Regular size of lamb chops. It looks great, soft, sweet-scented and great marinated. Perhaps you don't even need gravy. Recommended!

Members who have this meal together and a good-humoured manager who speaks good Thai.

This is beautiful, authentic Irish atmosphere. Customers are mostly westerners, very few Asians. Thus you will feel like being in a foreign country. The service is great with good attention to details. The portion size is standard. Ingredients are fresh and clean. The overall taste is full-flavoured. I am even more surprised when I ordered salmon because it is sharp and delicious. This is a so-called deliciousness of the east to the west.
