Phuket, nicknamed the Pearl of the Andaman, is a world-renowned tourist destination known for its stunning scenery, pristine beaches, and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Tourists from all over the globe dream of experiencing its beauty at least once in their lifetime.

My trip to Phuket this time might be a little off-season, as it's the monsoon season. So I didn't dare to plan any trips to the islands. All I could do was drive around Phuket Island.

The first stop was at Rawai Beach, where we saw a beautiful sky and crystal-clear water. We couldn't resist stopping to take some photos. There were a lot of boats parked at Rawai Beach, which looked like both fishing boats and boats for tourists.

Then head to Promthep Cape, which could be considered the hero of Phuket. I think that in the evening, this is the place where the most tourists gather in Phuket. Because everyone will come to watch the sunset at this point.

From Laem Phromthep, drive straight ahead to Ya Nui Beach.

Yanuhi Beach is a small beach that I think is very peaceful. There are not many tourists, making it perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The beach has a short stretch of coastline with fine, but not white, sand. At both ends of the beach, there are rocky outcrops. What caught my eye the most was the small island on the left side of the beach. There is a beach that stretches to this small island, giving it a similar feel to the Talay Waek in Krabi or Koh Nang Yuan in Surat Thani.

The route to Yanoi Beach is quite convenient for those with a car. There is a limited amount of parking available.

From Yanoi Beach, I chose to travel to the left to reach the viewpoint near the wind turbine that generates electricity.

The area around the wind turbine power generation is another must-see viewpoint. From this viewpoint, you can see both the wind turbine and Nai Han Beach.

This also shows a high-angle view of Yanui Beach and the path leading to Laem Phromthep.

A small island near Yanoi Beach, where a sandbar connects the beach to the small island, feels similar to Koh Nang Yuan.

The sugar palm can be easily found around Laem Phromthep.

Leaving the scenic viewpoint near the wind turbine power plant, I headed towards Kata Beach. On the way, I stopped to admire the view at the KARON View Point.

From the viewpoint, you can see Kata Noi Beach, Kata Beach, and Karon Beach (from nearest to farthest). The small island on the left is Poo Island. This viewpoint is another place that I never miss visiting whenever I come to Phuket.

After seeing the aerial view of the 3 beaches, let's go down to the sandy beach. I chose to stop at Karon Beach because it has a convenient parking lot.

Karon Beach is quite crowded with tourists, mostly foreigners who come to sunbathe and enjoy water activities. Although the sand here is not white, it is very fine and soft on the feet.

From Karon Beach, I drove to Patong Beach, but I could only admire it from the car because it was very difficult to find parking. After Patong Beach, I entered the area of Kamala Beach.

When it comes to "Kamala Beach", many people may not be familiar with the name, but if you say "Phuket FantaSea", many people may be more familiar with it. I myself have been to Phuket many times and have heard the name Kamala Beach for quite some time. But let me tell you, this is only the second time I've been to Kamala Beach. I think that the location of the beach may not be as good as other beaches such as Patong Beach, Kata Beach, Karon Beach, and Rawai Beach, where we can drive along the beach. Therefore, these four beaches are on the list of tourist attractions in Phuket. Unlike Kamala Beach, most tourists only come to this beach to see the show at Phuket FantaSea.

Actually, Kamala Beach is also beautiful and peaceful. It's another very interesting beach.

Today, I will take you to The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket, which is located at Kamala Beach. To say that it is located at Kamala Beach is not quite right, because the resort is not located on the beach. You can't even hear the sound of the waves, nor can you see the sea view. So why am I recommending this resort? Stay tuned to find out.

Getting to The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket is not difficult. There is an alley next to Phuket FantaSea. Then drive straight and watch for the intersection on the right. There will be a small resort sign. If you don't notice the sign, you will definitely drive past it. I myself drove past it as well. The resort is about 1.5 km from Phuket FantaSea.

The road leading to the resort didn't look like it was going to a resort at all. It looked more like a road leading to a village. The area in front of the resort even looked like a community center. But when I drove into the resort, it was like I had entered another place. The inside was very peaceful and lush.

After I parked my car, a staff member in a white uniform with red piping came out to greet me and escorted me to the lobby to check in.

The lobby is decorated in a Chinese style, with a focus on the color red. There are many bell-shaped lanterns hanging from the ceiling.

The welcome drink, served with a refreshing cold towel, was a great way to cool down after our journey. While checking in, the friendly staff provided us with a breakfast menu. We could choose our desired dishes by ticking the boxes next to the items. The menu was categorized, allowing us to select our preferred breakfast style, whether it be omelets, fried eggs, or rice porridge. We could also choose our preferred bread and jam. While the menu offered a wide variety, there was a limit to the number of items we could select from each category, as indicated by the resort.

After checking in and choosing breakfast, the staff took us to our room. The accommodation here is in the form of villas, with each villa divided into 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a swimming pool. Even if you book a one-bedroom room, the resort will provide you with a villa like this, but they will close the other 2 bedrooms and open the main bedroom for you.

The villa boasts a stunning design with well-defined spaces and ample room. The centerpiece is a swimming pool surrounded by a living room, bedrooms, and a small pavilion perfect for spa treatments or relaxation.

Let's take a look inside the living room first. The room is very spacious and can accommodate the whole family for activities. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. On the ceiling, there are 2 large red bell-shaped lamps, which perfectly match the concept of the resort.

The sofa set is also very spacious. I would say it's like a bed for children.

One wall of the living room will be a glass wall, offering a view of the swimming pool. The other wall is not completely closed off either, as it will have a glass window that looks out onto the green trees. This makes the living room feel airy, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to spend the whole day.

Behind the sofa set is a dining table. There is also a kitchen area that is packed with various cooking equipment, such as a microwave, cups, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, and a coffee maker. There is also a refrigerator, so it's quite complete.

Adjacent to the living room is a small bathroom. Well, calling it small isn't quite right, as it's actually larger than some hotel bathrooms I've stayed in. Let's just say it's a small bathroom (compared to the other bathroom in the master bedroom, which is much larger). This small bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower.

Let's take a look at the master bedroom. The interior may not be very luxurious, but it is fully equipped with amenities like a work desk and a wardrobe. However, there is no TV. I think the designer wanted the bedroom to be a true bedroom, and if you want to watch TV, you can go to the living room.

Let's take a look at the bathroom in the master bedroom. It's huge, taking up about two-thirds of the room. As you slide open the door from the bedroom, you'll be greeted by two sinks on either side.

The innermost part will be a bathtub.

The innermost part, behind both sinks, will be the toilet bowl. The other side will be a shower area. I think that giving the shower area tiles a black tone will make it look unsightly when the walls dry and white soap stains are visible. And there is rust all over the shower hose.

There is a plain cloth bag for toiletries such as shower caps and toothbrushes. Items inside the cloth bag can be taken home, but if you take the cloth bag with you, you will be fined.

The swimming pool here is really big. The resort has prepared foam mats for you to lie on the water. There is also a pavilion for you to relax in. Next to the pavilion, there is a shower for you to rinse off.

The outdoor area adjacent to the living room features an additional dining table, conveniently located by the swimming pool.

Let's take a look at the atmosphere around the resort. This area is located opposite the Lobby. There is a large bell, the symbol of the resort, standing there. When the bell is illuminated, it shines with a golden glow.

The bamboo archway really enhances the Chinese atmosphere.

The lobby lights make the colors here look even more vibrant.

The area in front of the Lobby is part of the Zhong restaurant. In fact, the area of the restaurant could also be called a multi-purpose area, as I myself used this area when checking in. The roof of the restaurant is made of canvas and can be extended or retracted. When it rains, the canvas is extended to form a roof, and when it is not raining, it is retracted to create an open-air atmosphere.

The resort offers a shuttle service to various locations, such as Kamala Beach, Patong Beach, and convenience stores. However, the shuttle service operates on a schedule.

8:00 AM. The staff member knocked on the door to serve the food on time as I had requested. Breakfast here is served directly to the villa. You can tell the staff where you would like to eat in the villa. I chose to eat by the pool.

I think the breakfast was too little for someone who eats a heavy breakfast like me. While I was eating, there were mynas coming down to snatch the food. The atmosphere was relaxed, like being close to nature. Most of the time when I sit down to eat, there are flies bothering me, but here there are mynas bothering me.

A cool idea from a resort that painted bell patterns on flip-flops.

This resort is perfect for families, offering opportunities for bonding activities, poolside parties, or fun with friends. Even couples can enjoy a romantic getaway here. Despite being surrounded by a community, the resort maintains a peaceful atmosphere. While the rooms may appear simple, they are well-equipped with various amenities.

As for the disadvantages of this place, it would be the matter of

- The location is far from the beach and supermarkets, but the resort provides a car service.

- The breakfast portion is small, not enough to fill me up.

- Some of the equipment looks old, such as the shower hose is rusty.

I think this place is another option for those who want to relax peacefully, but if you like to relax by the sea or near tourist attractions, lights and sounds, this place is probably not suitable.
