Let's start with the stations where we can walk and pick up as we please.

Marinated Salmon: Sweet salmon with good texture, comes with a full set of ingredients. Good standard.
Cauliflower Purée Crab: The distinct flavor of crab meat is prominent, topped with smooth and creamy avocado. Recommended.
Prawn Cocktail: Bouncy prawns, slightly under-seasoned. Average.
Steamed Octopus: The tender and chewy octopus tentacles are not tough, seasoned with the distinct aroma of black truffles. Recommended.
Poached Wahoo: Thick and juicy fish pieces served on a smooth sauce with a light seasoning. Okay.


Duck Liver Terrine: Silky smooth and fragrant, with a well-balanced and flavorful seasoning. Highly recommended.
Poached Chicken: Tender chicken enhanced by a smooth sauce. A neutral and pleasant dish.
Pork Loin: The meat is tender, and the sauce is aromatic, rich, and well-balanced. A good standard.
Lamb Loin: The lamb is tender and free of any strong gamy flavor. The bell peppers add a nice touch of aroma and flavor. Well executed.


Bayonne Ham: Aromatic ham with tender, juicy meat served with melon. Recommended.

'Fine de Claire & Tasmanian Oyster'
These are fresh oysters available in 2 types: Fine de Claire and Tasmanian. The oysters are almost bite-sized, with excellent texture and freshness. They are served with Mignonette, a well-balanced sauce with a slightly sour finish, Chili, a spicy seafood sauce that is flavorful but not overpowering, and Lemon, which can be added to taste. We recommend trying all three sauces to experience the full range of flavors.


'Boston Lobster Bisque'
The lobster meat is clearly visible in large chunks, making for a visually appealing dish. The bisque itself has a strong, rich aroma and a very concentrated flavor, with a prominent salty note. Overall, it is well-executed.

'Mushroom Cream Soup'
The mushroom cream soup has a prominent mushroom aroma. The soup has a smooth and thick texture, and it is served with crispy croutons. This is a good standard.


'Flamed Scallops Pernod'
Plump, perfectly cooked scallops, seared to a juicy finish, are bathed in a fragrant, yet light, Saffron Cream. The dish is served with aromatic Pilaf Rice, creating a harmonious combination of flavors. Highly recommended.


'Sautéed Pork Tenderloin'
The pork tenderloin was cut into thick slices, giving it the feel of a mini steak. The meat was tender, although a bit dry, and seasoned lightly. The accompanying sauce had a distinct apple aroma and was predominantly sweet. The Rösti potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making for a delicious combination.


'Roasted Australian Prime Rib of Beef'
The beef is tender and well-seasoned, with a variety of sauces and condiments to choose from. I recommend the spicy mustard, especially the black salt, which pairs perfectly with the meat. The side dishes, whether vegetables or potatoes, are fragrant and flavorful. They are so delicious that you could eat them on their own. Highly recommended.


'Champagne Risotto'
This risotto is made with Champagne Lombard and Black Truffles, and is then tossed in cheese curds (Parmigiano Reggiano) to create a fragrant, intensely flavorful, and well-defined risotto. Recommended.

'Tables Classic Half Boston Lobster Thermidor'
This is a half-sized Boston lobster with juicy meat, topped with a fragrant and creamy sauce. It is served with Sautéed New Potatoes, which are fragrant and sweet, and Creamed Spinach, which is not spicy, to balance the flavors. Limited to one serving per person. Recommended.

'Chargrilled Chicken'
The chicken pieces are large and thick, with a beautiful appearance. The skin is fragrant, and the meat is cooked evenly throughout, remaining juicy and tender. The chicken is seasoned lightly. It is accompanied by grilled tomatoes that are fragrant and cooked to perfection, offering a sweet and juicy flavor. The dish also includes fried ham, which is fragrant and has a chewy texture, and fried potatoes with a crispy skin and soft interior. All elements are well-prepared.


'Sautéed Salmon à la Meunière'
A large, thick piece of salmon, perfectly cooked with a delicate flavor. It should be served with fragrant, flavorful fried rice to complement the taste. Delicious.


'Home Made Italian Pasta'

A relaxed Sunday afternoon amidst the luxurious beauty of Western style. The service is excellent, the ingredients are of high quality, and the overall taste is clear, well-balanced, and not too spicy in Western style. Many dishes are pleasing to the palate.
