Out of the blue, I found myself in Chiang Mai. It was a spontaneous trip, and I'll write a detailed fahpawa chapter about it in CNX later. For now, here's a quick review. The trip to Chiang Mai was incredibly long.

If you go to Chiang Mai but don't drink coffee, it's like you haven't been to Chiang Mai at all. But if you choose a famous shop near Nimmanhaemin, there are too many people. It's a coincidence that I found a coffee shop next to my accommodation called roastniyom: Coffee Taste, a branch behind CMU. I just found out that this shop has many branches.
The Rasanism Cafe has several branches.

And the branch we came to today is the branch behind Mo Cho, the latest branch of Rasanism Coffee. It is located on the side of Suthep Road, a little past the Faculty of Engineering. Next to Chiang Mai D Hostel.
The atmosphere inside the shop was peaceful. It might be because I arrived when the shop just opened, so there weren't many people yet. The shop is a 2-story house. You can choose to sit upstairs or downstairs. Especially during the winter when the weather is good, sipping coffee in front of the shop must be amazing.
The branch behind CMU is open daily from 8 am to 7 pm. The atmosphere in the shop is decorated in a loft-style wood tone, which is the signature of every branch (from what I saw on Facebook, haha!).
Usually, when I go to a coffee shop, I have a go-to menu item, which is a caramel macchiato frappe. But this time, I didn't want to take any chances, haha. So I tried the shop's signature menu item called "Taste Preference Frappe." It turned out to be soooo good! It was so delicious!
However, I couldn't sit and sip my coffee for too long, or I would miss my flight. Haha! Anyway, the atmosphere of this shop is great. The location might be a bit far, but it shouldn't be too difficult for CMU students to get to. It's just a short walk from the CMU gate. :))
