Hellooooooooooo! Greetings to all Pantip users!...Today, I'd like to share a story about my journey to a concert amidst the mountains. Here's the story: On January 23, 2016, I had the opportunity to attend a concert organized by the travel magazine "Voyage Travel Magazine". The concert was called "Voyage Melody", the first concert organized by Voyage travel magazine. The theme of the event was to allow concertgoers to travel with music, enjoying the concert from morning till evening. The artists performing were Stamp Apiwat, Ben Chalatit, Wan Thanakrit, and the band Mind.
This trip, the organizer will provide a special train for concert ticket buyers to travel on the Bangkok-Kanchanaburi route, with a mini-concert by "Wan Thanakrit" along the way. There's no doubt that we won't be traveling on this train, as we expect to wake up too late (the train departs at 6 am). So, we'll travel on our own, taking a van from Victory Monument to Kanchanaburi Bus Terminal for 120 baht. Then, we'll take another van to the event venue, River Kwai Village, which is 70 kilometers from the city center.
The journey from the bus terminal can be made by both bus and van. We chose to take a van, which cost 120 baht. We arrived at the resort around two in the afternoon, and we were all very tired. The resort is located right next to the road. After getting off the van, we immediately went to the guardhouse at the entrance to inform them that we were checking in and attending the concert. The staff member will then call for a van to pick us up at the entrance. (For those who are traveling on their own, this is very convenient.)

For us and our friends, this trip was sponsored by "Voyage Travel Magazine". The room was very spacious and could accommodate up to 4 people. However, my friend who was supposed to come with me couldn't make it. Many people have asked what else was included in the trip besides the accommodation and concert tickets. The organizers provided free meals for every meal, 2 hours of access to the onsen hot springs, and during the concert, they gave out food vouchers worth 150 baht per person.
"The concert was scheduled to start at 5 pm. As you can see, my friends and I rushed over, but when we arrived, there were still very few people coming out of the room. But that's okay, we were hungry, so we went straight to the rice shop."
The food stalls offer a wide variety of dishes, including rice with various toppings, papaya salad, fried pork, and omelets. While these may seem like ordinary menu items, for us and our friends, they were a special treat, as we were all extremely hungry. For those who are concerned that the meal vouchers provided by the event organizers may not be sufficient, there will be additional food available for purchase at the venue.
Ben Chalatit at 8:00 PM (approximately)
Auntie Ben, as we call her, the mother, I must tell you that this was the first time I went to see her concert. I secretly thought that her voice wouldn't be that good because she had been singing for a long time. I was so wrong! Auntie or Mom's voice made us all shiver. She sang beautifully and powerfully. We were all so happy. (I almost didn't want her to leave the stage.)
Stamp Apiwat 9:30 PM (approximately)
Here comes the singer we've all been waiting for, Coach Stamp! Stamp played exceptionally well at this concert, having prepared a plan to engage with the audience and prevent the event from becoming too dull. As a seasoned artist, he descended to play with the audience below, as the concertgoers were reluctant to get up and dance, preferring to sit and watch. This prompted him to jump off the stage and interact with the audience, eventually getting everyone in the concert to stand up and have fun with him.
Madai Band at approximately 10:30 PM.
The last band, Mady, arrived a little late. We and our friends were tired from the day's journey and wanted to go back to rest. But before leaving, we took some photos of the band Mady to share with the fans.
Traveling and watching concerts with "Voyage Travel Magazine" The first "Voyage Melody" concert was a great success. Although the venue was held during the winter, it was still hot, but it is expected to be cold next year. For those who are interested in good concerts like this, please follow the Voyage Travel Magazine fan page. And if you ask if I want to go again, I can definitely say that I want to go again. This time, the story of this special trip is over. What will be the next story? Please follow us...XOXO
Finally, I would like to invite everyone to talk about the lifestyle of city people, eating, drinking, and traveling with Jui at...
