I have never had the opportunity to visit Doi Luang Chiang Dao.

Due to my physical condition not being quite ready yet, it's actually just an excuse.

I often have the opportunity to pass through Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province.

I can help with that. Here is the translation:

So I could only look at Doi Luang Chiang Dao from afar, even though I couldn't go up to admire its beauty at the top of the mountain.

Just looking from afar, I feel that Doi Luang Chiang Dao has a charm that is no less captivating.

Let's take a look at Doi Luang Chiang Dao from afar. It is the third highest mountain in Thailand.

This first set was taken from the same location. I parked and took photos on the side of the road, but on different days and at different times.

This photo was taken in the afternoon. There were a lot of clouds, but the light was shining directly on Doi Luang Chiang Dao.

This picture was taken in the evening after the sun had set. The last light was fading away.

This photo was taken on a winter morning, with the mist embracing Doi Luang Chiang Dao.

It's so cold outside, but I feel strangely warm.

Doi Luang Chiang Dao amidst the rice fields, with clouds that look like a heart.

The golden rice fields with Doi Luang Chiang Dao in the background look magnificent and powerful.

The rice fields after the harvest in the winter season, with such a beautiful sky, Doi Luang Chiang Dao looks even more beautiful.

Baan Rabeang Dao is another place where you can clearly see Doi Luang Chiang Dao.

On the way up to the Baan Rabeang Dao.

Wildflowers and Doi Luang Chiang Dao

Doi Luang Chiang Dao stretches long into the night, seen from the balcony of Baan Rabiaw.

Doi Luang Chiang Dao in the morning. That day, Doi Luang was a bit shy and didn't show up much. The fog was very thick.

An elderly man in his late seventies stands smoking a cigarette, with Doi Luang Chiang Dao as the backdrop. The mood is absolutely blissful.

Another spot where we can see Doi Luang Chiang Dao up close is the Mae Ta Man Watershed Management Unit, or San Pa Kia.

You can stay overnight here. At that time, I went to sleep at the accommodation of the San Pa Kia Agricultural Station.

If you want to see Doi Luang Chiang Dao in the evening and morning, I recommend staying overnight.

Doi Luang Chiang Dao in the evening.

At Doi Luang Chiang Dao, you can't miss taking a picture of the stars with Doi Luang Chiang Dao.

A photo of the stars with a house. As a newbie trying to photograph the stars, it didn't turn out very well. Hehe.

That morning there was also a sea of fog, which was a reward for those who woke up early.

The morning light is so beautiful. It's a wonderful way to start the day.

The last one is Doi Luang Chiang Dao in the morning from Mae Ta Man. If the pink Dok Ngang Phaya Sua Krong flowers were in full bloom, it would definitely be even more beautiful.

I went during the late rainy season and early winter. The flowers hadn't bloomed yet. This winter, I plan to go up and take some more pictures.

If I'm fit enough, I'd like to try conquering the summit of Doi Luang Chiang Dao once.

If I have the chance, I will capture the scenery from the top of Doi Luang Chiang Dao and share it with you.

Thank you, friends, for coming to see the pictures. I hope you enjoy watching them.
