Hello again with a journey without a plan, no story, no map, but not pointless ^^

This trip to Chiang Khan wasn't even on my mind (because I come here often). But since I was on a mission in Phu Ruea District, I didn't know where to go in the afternoon and wanted to find something strange to eat. I had already been all over Phu Ruea, and then the thought in my head told me to go to Chiang Khan.

Start the car and hit the road immediately. I take route number 203, which connects Phu Ruea District and Loei Province, before heading onto route number 201.

To get to Chiang Khan District, departing from Phu Ruea at around 13:00, it will be a round trip without an overnight stay, with my beloved younger sibling.

I've taken you on a journey through almost all of Thailand (I love you so much).

Actually, from what I've seen in the Blue Room, there are quite a few people who have reviewed Chiang Khan, and they're all amazing. But since I have some photos of the atmosphere, I don't want to let them go bad, so I'll share them with you^^ All along the way from Phu Ruea to Loei Province, there was rain falling on and off. Hey, is it the rainy season or the winter season? (I thought to myself)

The roads on both sides have many beautiful views. I want to go down and take pictures, but I'm stuck with the continuous rain. But I don't care when I see the sunflowers that are about to bloom on both sides of the road, so I stop by to take a picture. Even though it's a small field.

And then I arrived in Chiang Khan, it took almost 1 hour. There weren't many people yet because it was still raining. I prayed for it to stop raining soon, haha.

Speaking of which, it creates a different kind of atmosphere. Seeing people holding umbrellas and walking on the walking street is a sight that I personally enjoy.

One thing I had planned was to find something unique and delicious to eat when I arrived in Chiang Khan. I walked around, the rain started to stop, and my eyes searched for food because my stomach was starting to growl. Plus, I only had 2-3 hours here because I had to return to my accommodation in Phu Ruea district. If it got too dark, it would be difficult to climb the mountain.

I didn't order this, but I asked him to take a picture. I actually wanted to try it, but it wasn't weird enough, so I had to give in^^

Here it is!!!....Yangon I've come this far, haven't I? Haha, is what I want to try strange? It must be strange, because I've only ever seen grilled shrimp skewers for 10 baht each. It's delicious. Grilled shrimp isn't strange, but it's strange to see it on a skewer. ^^

Another must-try dish that I just happened to see was grilled bananas on a stick. I've seen it every time I've been to Chiang Khan, but I've never tried it. With the cool weather like this, it must be delicious. If you come here and don't try it, you'll regret it, haha.

After a light meal, I wandered around taking pictures of the atmosphere because it was getting dark and I had to hurry back to my accommodation.

Cycling along the Mekong River at dusk is another popular activity that we must do when we come to Muang Taliew. Haha!

I continued to walk and take pictures along the walking street. I observed the way of life and various activities, waiting to capture the last light on the Mekong River before leaving Chiang Khan to return to Phu Ruea.

As it started to get dark, more and more people started to come out to the walking street. There were quite a lot of tourists because I happened to come on a Saturday.

And then I got to capture the last light on the banks of the Mekong River. It was a beautiful sky after the rain, so I kept clicking the shutter until the battery ran out. Luckily, it ran out just as I was about to leave.

My short, unplanned trip has come to an end. Although it was a short period of time, it brought me joy and made me love Chiang Khan even more. Thank you to everyone who followed along. I'm not a professional reviewer, so please forgive me for any mistakes. ^^

My short trip was shot with Fuji Xm-1+Kit. I did some minor adjustments in Ps+Lr.
