Hello everyone, today Som and her family are inviting you to visit the flower festival. During this time, many places are holding flower shows. Our holiday destination today is Dazzada Khao Yai, which is not far from Som's house. The distance from Korat to Dazzada Khao Yai is about 198 km. Take Highway 304 all the way and then use Highways 33 and 3077. The travel time is about 4 hours. It's a relaxed trip, no rush as usual. The fuel cost for this trip is 500 baht. Enough talk, let's go on a trip together, shall we?
Let me use a picture of me and my husband to open this thread.
Please keep the old post about my trip.

Review...Amphawa-Huahin http://pantip.com/topic/30222707As I mentioned, this trip is a leisurely one. Actually, all my trips are leisurely because I like to travel at my own pace, without having to rush or drive fast. We left home at 6 am and drove along Highway 304 until we reached the area near Thap Lan. We came across Verona At Tublan and decided to stop by. It was still early, and no shops were open yet. There were no tourists either. We didn't walk around the whole place, just took a few photos and continued our journey. It looked similar to Palio Khaoyai.
Leaving Verona at Tublan, our main destination today is Dassada, Khao Yai. Dassada is located at the entrance of Khao Yai National Park, Prachin Buri Province. This year, it is open from December 5, 2015 to February 14, 2016. Ticket sales hours are: Mon-Thu 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / Fri-Sun 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Price: Adults 250 Baht, Children 150 Baht. I've been following the Dassada Khao Yai page for a while now, and this year I finally had the chance to visit. I saw on their page that the concept for this year's event is "Art in HeArt. Just seeing it is enough to understand." We used Google Maps to navigate this time, and it was easy. The roads are good and the drive was comfortable. Now that we're here, let's go see the beauty of the "Art in HeArt" flower festival.
The parking lot is next to the ticket booth.
Ticket purchase point. After purchasing, staff will provide a brief tour guide, along with a map and schedule for each point of interest.
With the tickets purchased, let's continue. There will be a walkway into the building on the right-hand side. It's not a hot walk, but there will be umbrellas available.
As you walk along the path, you will start to see trees and flowers welcoming you.
We have entered the flower exhibition area. The flowers are arranged in different zones. I don't think I have visited all the zones. The map provided was confusing and there were not many clear signs. I just walked along the path that I thought would lead me to the next zone. There were not many people on the day I visited, probably because I arrived shortly before the opening time and it was a weekday. Oh, there was a school group on a field trip that day. The children were very cute. Enjoy the photos! I don't remember which zone each photo was taken in, haha.
This place has a cafe and a restaurant. Som and her family only used the cafe, which is called La Lalla. The cafe is cute, with colorful fabrics hanging from the ceiling. The cafe is well-decorated and offers drinks and snacks. The prices are typical for tourist areas, higher than outside shops. Drinks cost around 70-80 baht, and cakes are around the same price. There is a wide variety to choose from. We went in and had some cold drinks and delicious cake.
After we were full, we continued our journey. Walking in the other direction, we came across a floating market. However, it was closed today and seemed to be open only on weekends. It looked like a restaurant on a raft with a decent amount of seating. Walking past the raft, we came to a zoo. From what I could see from the outside, there were bird cages. Since Som doesn't like birds, we passed on that.
This picture was taken by my husband. We were taking a walk like this.
From this point, the officer informed us upon entry that there would be a tram service to the Sala Thewada, a 360-degree viewpoint. However, as I mentioned, I was confused by the map and there were no clear signs. This led me to decide to walk back the way I came to catch the boat. The officer had informed us that if there was no tram, we should walk back to the ticket booth and a boat would take us there.
The boat is already waiting for us, but it is still being prepared.
Let's board the ship.
Let's remind everyone to wear a life jacket every time you get on a boat for your safety.
I've arrived at Sala Thep Thida, but I didn't go up because it's quite sunny. I'll just admire it from afar.
A friendly bear awaits to welcome you.
After walking around, we took a boat back. The boat leaves every 10 minutes. On the way back, I chose to go back the same way. And the destination for today is not over yet. I saw from the page unseen tour thailand posted a picture of Wat Khao Wanchai Nawarat in Pak Chong, so I had to stop by. It's really beautiful, no regrets. The temple is located in Pak Chong, the same entrance as Baan Mai Chaiyaphum. The entrance is quite narrow. The temple does not have a large area. It is located on a hill. There are clear signs to the church. Let's go see the beauty of Wat Khao Wanchai Nawarat together.
From what I saw, it says it will be completed in 2016. There are still some areas under construction. If you pass by, stop by and take a look. Beautiful temples and stunning views, you can see almost the entire city of Pak Chong. To summarize this trip, the fuel cost 500 baht. The entrance fee to D'Arda Khao Yai is 250 baht per adult. Wat Khao Wanchai Nawarat has no entrance fee. Verona at Tublan has no entrance fee.
...... That's all for my one-day trip review today. Don't forget to visit the place often, okay? ......
