A scenic walk on a trip to breathe in the fresh air... Visit Bang Kra Jao

____________________________________________________________________________________________

**Introduction. .Bang Kachao:**

Bang Krachao, located not far from Bangkok, is part of Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province. It is easily accessible due to its shape resembling a stomach, which is why many people call it "Moo's Stomach" (which I just learned). Surrounded by the Chao Phraya River, the area looks like an island and is a large green lung near the capital. In addition to being rich in natural resources, it also maintains a raw natural environment that blends seamlessly with the community's way of life. In 2006, Bang Krachao was recognized by Times magazine as the Best Urban Oasis of Asia. Are you ready to reset your lungs and breathe in the fresh air here?

"Bang Kra Jao" is located here.

HOW TO GET THERE :

Getting there is very easy. Start by taking the BTS to "Bang Na Station" and exit at Exit 2. Then, take a motorcycle taxi or call a taxi to "Wat Bang Na Nok". The taxi fare is around 50 baht. If you go with a group, you can get a discount. The journey takes about 3-4 minutes, if there is no traffic.

Upon arriving at the pier, the boat was already docked, so we didn't have to wait long. The opening hours are from 5:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Over there! As for the boat fare, you can pay on the other side (Bang Nam Phueng Nok Pier). The fare is 4 baht per person per trip. Enjoy the view around the Chao Phraya River for about 5 minutes. The boat will then dock at Bang Nam Phueng Noi Pier...

After arriving, I rented a bicycle to ride around. There are many rental shops at the temple, so you can choose the one you like. I chose to use the services of P'Daeng and P'Maem's shop. It's right after you turn right from the pier. I arrived at Bang Krachao around 3:00 PM (I intended to go during the time when the weather was not too hot, easy to ride, and the sun was not too bright that I couldn't take beautiful pictures). I asked the price, and they charged only 50 baht for the rental, but they asked me to return it before 6:00 PM. That's a good price. After choosing the bike I liked, they gave me a map. But I didn't use it because I was confused by the routes on the map. In the end, I just rode around randomly. ^^

When your body, mind, and strength are ready, it's time to cycle and see the way of life here before stopping by to try the local food. Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market. For those who want to go to the floating market, after cycling out in front of the temple, turn left and keep cycling. You will find a bridge. Then park your bike and walk along the canal. You can eat until your stomach is full and your chin sticks out.

" There are boats for rent to watch the birds. Don't worry, there are no snakes. "

"The view of the rice fields immediately reminded me of the movie Nang Nak."

After cycling for a while, my energy was drained. Let's stop by to recharge and take a look at the atmosphere of "Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market".

" The atmosphere at the entrance to the floating market "

" This place also has a music activity lawn in the garden. "

" Surrounding shops "

" Agricultural products are also available for sale."

" The restaurant will have a variety of Thai dishes such as noodles, papaya salad, stir-fried dishes, drinks, grilled pork, and Thai desserts. "

"I need to recharge my battery first, I don't have the strength to keep typing."

The next plan is "Suan Si Nakhon Khuan Khan", which is like an oasis producing oxygen or a lung for city people. With a garden area of over 200 rai, it is shady, with green trees, various species of trees lined up, and there is space for exercise. Let me tell you that this garden was created to produce clean air for us to reset our lungs.

Upon entering the garden, we are greeted by a large, excavated pond or water reservoir surrounded by coconut and other trees. The view is truly a feast for the eyes, with the lush greenery providing a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The green hues seem to wash away the stress of daily life, offering a much-needed escape.

Summary:

For those who want to visit Bang Krachao, I recommend it for those who enjoy cycling. If I were to give it a score out of 10, I would give it a 10/10. It's perfect for people who love cycling, with fresh air, lots of trees, and few cars. Cyclists will definitely enjoy it. But if you don't like cycling, there's also a floating market to explore. Or if you don't know where to go on your day off, try spending half an afternoon here. The sun isn't too hot, so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. It's like a lung near the city. For those who love nature, simplicity, and dislike chaos, there's enough time to gather happiness for another good day of rest.
