As a city dweller, I needed to detox my lungs after being exposed to a lot of air pollution and the scorching heat. My body craved nature to heal my poor lungs. My desire led me to a resort surrounded by lush green trees with a mountain view in the background. Without hesitation, I immediately went to this place, "Chatchanat Woodland," in Phu Ruea District, Loei Province.

The first step I took when I arrived at the resort, the first thing I felt was the fresh air. The nature that stood waiting to welcome me in front of me was so much. I could only smile and say to myself, "This is what we need."

First of all, I would like to thank "Chatchanat Woodland" and P'Joy, as well as all the staff who took good care of me and provided me with a room for 1 night for my stay and review this time. I must say that it is worth the trip to come and experience it. The atmosphere in the pictures may not tell you much, but try to come and experience it for yourself and you will shout "Woohoo.."

In this review, I used the Fuji X-M1 + Len Kit only. I traveled by private car along route 203, Ley - Phu Ruea, hugging the mountains all the way. Before reaching Phu Ruea district, 10 km away, we will find the San Tom weaving village. Then turn left on the road next to San Tom school for about 500 meters, and you will find nature hidden on the left hand side.

The day I arrived, I was greeted by a light rain. The already lush forest was even more beautiful, multiplying the beauty of nature.

The bungalows at Suan Chachnat are designed to allow guests to experience nature up close. Everywhere you look, you see greenery. What I liked most was the feeling that I was in a private home. This is because, in addition to being a resort, the property also grows vegetables and has various gardens. It's no wonder that many guests who have stayed here say, "I'll definitely come back when I have the chance."

This place has only recently been officially opened to tourists. Previously, it was just an ordinary garden where the owner used to grow vegetables in a natural way, like most people who love nature. The area is more than 200 rai and was originally very dry, with no trees at all. This place was therefore integrated with greenery by Mr. Kamphu and Mrs. Kampa, who volunteered to develop and care for these trees from 1990 until the present day.

As I strolled through the natural scenery, the rain fell intermittently, as if the sky knew I enjoyed such an atmosphere.

There are many types of accommodation to choose from, depending on your preference. Whether it's on a hill or by the water, I myself got accommodation almost by the water. The atmosphere is great. Each house has a hammock for us to lie down and enjoy nature to the fullest. It makes us forget the city life for a while.

After walking around the accommodation and enjoying the view, my body started to feel tired. It was almost dusk, so I decided to go back to my room to rest for a while. This way, I could wake up early and soak in the morning atmosphere. Oh, I forgot to mention that dinner is also provided here until around 8:00 PM. No need to worry about finding food, haha! For those who think that with so much forest around, mosquitoes will be feasting on me all night, don't worry! The accommodation has provided us with... September 15th!

Cock-a-doodle-doo (sound of a rooster crowing in the morning) After dinner, I fell asleep without realizing it. When I woke up, it was already morning. Another thing I want to tell you is that there is no TV or air conditioning here, but there is high-speed internet. But I happened to bring my laptop with me, so I didn't miss the evening soap opera.

The morning atmosphere is really good, haha, I'm starting to like this place. When I wake up, I don't have to hear the sound of car horns or the hustle and bustle of people. Because here, all I hear is the sound of chickens, birds, wind, ducks and geese. Hehe.

This is a large house. There are 2 houses next to each other on the hill. Suitable for large groups or families.

Before heading up for breakfast, I took a walk around to take some pictures and breathe in the fresh air one more time. A life without the need to rush, slow and steady, watching the birds and the trees as I go. This is the true nature, isn't it?

Besides, the resort also has another activity for health lovers who like to cycle to explore the green forest trails. I can feel that it is really different from cycling in the city. I myself can only cycle in a small area because I feel that if I cycle a long distance, I won't be able to do it. Not because I don't like it, but because my body doesn't allow it. Haha! (But I'm not old yet.)

After that, my stomach started to growl. It must be time for breakfast. Let's see what's on the menu for breakfast here.

Fried egg, bread, rice porridge, fruit, coffee, that should be enough for my breakfast. The taste of the rice porridge was excellent, so I had to ask for a second helping ^^. As I ate, I admired the green view, and I almost didn't want to get full.

After a satisfying meal, it was time to continue our journey. One day here passed by very quickly. I think this place is very suitable for people who love nature and really want to relax. It really meets the needs. There are still many beautiful natural places in our country waiting for us to explore.

"Chatchanat Woodland" is one of the places I would like you to try. Change from the surrounding atmosphere full of concrete jungle to a real forest. It will definitely make you fall in love with it like me.

Finally, before closing this thread, I apologize for any errors. This is my own review, with no travel stories, cost details, or deep poetry or quotes. The pictures tell the whole story.

Thank you for following the review.
