Hello, fellow ReadMe users. Today, we will take you on a trip to Koh Lan.

Koh Larn is a small island near Bangkok, which everyone should know well. For us, this is our third time here. Because every time we come to Koh Larn, we never get bored. Koh Larn for us is not just a beautiful sea. But the two sides of the island are charming and impressive. So we have to go back many times. There are various ways to travel to Koh Larn, but we opted for a van from Victory Monument. The journey took approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, and we arrived at Laem Bali Hai Pier.

This is the ferry pier for Koh Larn, with a ferry ride taking only 30 minutes.

We have reached our goal.

Koh Larn is an island where private cars are not allowed. Instead, there are shared taxis and motorbike rentals available to suit individual preferences. As we have booked accommodation with a pick-up service from the pier, we will not need to worry about transportation on the island.

The resort offers motorbike rentals at a lower price than local shops.

Koh Lan is an island where you can drive a motorbike around the entire island.

The most popular and arguably the most beautiful beach, frequented by a large number of tourists, is Hat Ta Waen.

For those who enjoy taking photos and capturing the atmosphere during the golden hour, this place is highly recommended. The scenery here is absolutely stunning.

The Morning Light of Koh Lan

The morning light of Koh Lan paints a breathtaking scene as the sun rises from the horizon, casting a golden glow over the tranquil sea. The gentle waves lap against the shore, creating a symphony of serenity that washes over the island. The air is crisp and fresh, carrying the sweet scent of the ocean breeze. As the sun ascends higher, it illuminates the lush greenery that covers the island, transforming it into a vibrant tapestry of colors. The palm trees sway gently in the wind, their fronds rustling like whispers in the air. The sky is a canvas of azure blue, dotted with fluffy white clouds that drift lazily by. The morning light of Koh Lan is a moment of pure magic, a time to reconnect with nature and find peace within oneself.

After watching the sunrise, our stomachs started to growl. Let's go find something to eat.

We've been here three times already. Every time we come, we eat porridge at this local aunt's shop. It's delicious! You should try it. The shop is right across from Koh Lan Temple.

The lounge area offers snacks and features several charming coffee shops.

There are many viewpoints on the island, and the windmills on Koh Lan are also quite beautiful.

Very beautiful.

As you ascend, there will be more scenic viewpoints, each offering stunning views.

Regarding Food and Eating

The island has a local market.

The restaurant offers complimentary barbecue services, featuring a wide selection of fresh ingredients.

Before leaving, don't forget to pay respects to the large statue of Luang Pho Thuad, which is open for tourists to worship. From this point, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the beautiful white sand beach.
