Hello, we are salarymen and we have just started backpacking not long ago.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you ever felt lost and without a goal in life?
We are one of those who used to be. Feeling gloomy and gray.
It's like the meaning of life has disappeared.
But now we have found that...
"Traveling" makes our lives meaningful again.
Because every time we step out of our small square room,
We feel like we're in another world, backpacking and traveling.
We get to add content to our lives, see new things,
Both people, culture, nature, environment, good and bad experiences mixed together, feel that life is alive.
Tired... But what we get back is worth it.
Staying at home and reading travel reviews without traveling at all.
Then when will we see, feel, touch?
For us...
Life has meaning again because of "travel".
What is the meaning of your life?
Try traveling once... You might find what you've been looking for.
Let's go, pack your bags!!
And after we packed our bags to go abroad for the first time in our lives.
With the trip "Backpacking in Southern Vietnam, following the footsteps of two or three people, Ho Chi Minh City, Dalat, Mui Ne, 4 nights 5 days"
It made us get 12 thoughts that create ideas through "travel"
Which will convey the story through pictures and words.
Let your friends read, see, and you will know why we travel?

The warm golden light in the morning.
There was an old foreign man sitting alone on a chair.
His eyes were staring ahead.
Like he was thinking about something.
It made us think about ourselves when we were 60 years old.
What will we be doing then?
Will we stop traveling?

The Healing Power of Escape: A Journey from Burnout to Renewal
This evocative passage explores the concept of "escape" as a means of healing from emotional exhaustion, or "heart-weariness." It contrasts this with physical fatigue, which can be remedied through rest.
The author posits that when faced with emotional turmoil, individuals may choose between two paths:
- Staying put and allowing time to heal the wounds.
- Seeking temporary escape through travel, returning once the heart has found solace.
The song "Ha Long Bay" serves as a metaphor for this second option. It encourages listeners to break free from the monotony of daily life and embrace the challenges of unfamiliar experiences. This journey, whether to a distant land or simply a new perspective, offers an opportunity to heal and rediscover one's sense of self-worth.
The passage concludes by acknowledging that confronting problems head-on is not always the only solution. Sometimes, a temporary retreat into solitude can provide the necessary space for reflection and rejuvenation. This resonates with the growing recognition of the importance of mental health and the need for proactive self-care strategies.
By drawing parallels between physical and emotional exhaustion, the author effectively highlights the need to address both aspects of well-being. The evocative imagery and relatable language further enhance the message, making it accessible to a wider audience.

One reason why we need to travel is to create "inspiration."
Sometimes when we feel a lack of inspiration,
we may need to go out and experience life, and try new things.
Perhaps... the obstacle that hinders inspiration
may be our love for our own comfort zone.

Let's go out and gaze at the vast sky and water,
To smell the earth that the wind carries from afar.
"Who are we in this vast world...?"
Break down the limitations you've created, just like embarking on a journey.
Just pack your bags and set off, "**E X P E R I E N C E A W A I T S**".

"Fear" exists in everyone.
Fear makes us "hesitant".
Hesitant to make decisions, hesitant to pack our bags,
Hesitant to embark on a journey, hesitant to face the world.
Let us be like a "small boat" that sets sail from the shore.
Along the way, we may encounter waves, storms, and heavy rain.
But believe me, when this small boat returns to shore,
It will not return alone.
But will return with a friend called "experience".

Have you ever traveled and complained the whole time?
Complaining about people, food, accommodation, and everything you encounter.
I am one of those people who complain the most, and the weather is probably the most common complaint.
I encounter fog, sun, wind, and rain.
The most discouraging thing is the hot weather.
It's so hot that I want to bury my face in a bucket of ice.
But no matter how hot it is, no matter how much the sun burns me,
I will "never stop traveling."

Don't fear the sun, embrace the journey.
While we once sought fairness, chasing creams and promises of a lighter hue, the road has taught us a different truth. The sun may kiss our skin, leaving its mark, but it is a mark of adventure, a testament to the paths we've walked. So, let us embrace the tan, the weathered skin, for it speaks of a life lived, a journey embraced.

- Feeling liberated and true to myself when I'm in a place where no one knows me.
- The freedom to do whatever I want (without fear).
- Sometimes I unleash my inner craziness, acting silly and outrageous.
- As long as I'm not causing trouble for others, it's all good.
- Trying new things is incredibly challenging and exciting.
Simply put, try switching from riding your motorcycle at home to riding in a different province or even a different country. You'll immediately feel the difference in the experience.
Don't just keep thinking about it. Don't just think about wanting to do this, wanting to do that, wanting to do the other thing. Just try it. Try it once. Go for it.
"Experience and excitement await."

"Money is the key to travel."
Without money, how can you pay for transportation, food, and accommodation? It's true, isn't it? As soon as you step out of your house, you have to reach for your wallet.
The question is, how can you spend your money in the most economical and worthwhile way possible, while still gaining the most enriching experiences?
You don't need to be filthy rich or have a mountain of cash. Just be an ordinary person, ready to explore the world, and you'll find happiness.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day.
Why do some people seem so busy while others seem so relaxed?
It all comes down to time management.
Start simple with **"waking up"**.
Try **"waking up earlier"** than usual.
You'll see so much more of life.
And your day will slow down,
even though the clock keeps ticking.

The Power of Early Rising: Stretching Your Day for a More Fulfilling Life
Though we all share the same 24 hours in a day, some individuals seem perpetually busy while others exude a sense of calm and control. This disparity often stems from differences in time management strategies.
One simple yet impactful technique is adjusting your wake-up time. By rising a little earlier, you can unlock a treasure trove of opportunities and experiences. This seemingly small shift can have a profound effect, slowing down your perceived time while the clock continues its relentless march.
Imagine waking up to the gentle glow of dawn, savoring the quietude before the world fully awakens. This extra time allows you to engage in activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul. Perhaps you could practice mindfulness, delve into a captivating book, or savor a leisurely breakfast.
By prioritizing your well-being at the start of the day, you set the tone for a more fulfilling and productive experience. The additional time allows you to approach your tasks with greater focus and clarity, leading to a sense of accomplishment and reduced stress.
So, consider embracing the power of early rising. Even a slight adjustment can transform your day, allowing you to stretch your time and experience life with greater intention and joy.

The journey ends when you return home.
Slowly lie down on the bed with soft pillows.
Think about the past journey.
That is "Happiness".

If you have read all 12 thoughts that create ideas through "travel".
Perhaps a deeper understanding will emerge: What is the purpose of our journey?
We may never question before we set out on a journey.
However, we will always find answers upon our return from a journey.
Let's go! Pack your bags!
