Today's cycling trip takes us on a short adventure through the Hua Hin district. Instead of heading to the beach, we'll be exploring the scenic Huai Mai Tai and the Hua Hin Hills Vineyard. Our journey begins at our home near Wat Huai Mongkol in Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. From Wat Huai Mongkol, we'll cycle towards our first destination, Huai Mai Tai, located approximately 15 kilometers away.

This route leads to the Huai Mongkol Reservoir project, where we regularly cycle in the mornings.

Next, head to Huai Mai Tai.

To reach the destination, follow Highway 3218 (Hua Hin - Nong Plab). The entrance is located at the intersection. Enter through Dole Thailand Company, Soi Chaipattana. Continue cycling straight until you see this sign.

The cycling path is lined with trees on both sides, providing shade and a scenic view. The atmosphere is pleasant.

Arrived.

The atmosphere is pleasant, especially in the morning when the weather is not too hot.

This place has a camping area where you can stay overnight. However, as we did not inquire about it, we do not know the details. After relaxing and enjoying the view for a while, we prepared to continue our journey.

After that, continue cycling onto the main road 3218. When you reach the Nong Plab intersection, there will be a sign for Huai Sai Ngam. Turn left and continue cycling. There will be signs along the way.

Hooray! Three more kilometers.

Before reaching the destination, there was a sign indicating the entrance at the front of the three-way intersection. However, it turned out to be misleading, as there was another sign earlier stating that the destination was 1 kilometer away. Due to the construction of a new sign, we were unaware and continued driving uphill, resulting in a significant detour. Fortunately, we encountered oncoming vehicles along the way and inquired about the correct direction. Otherwise, we would have continued driving for a much longer distance.

On the way in

Upon arrival, it was almost noon, and the weather was scorching. It is recommended to visit in the morning or evening when the weather is likely to be more pleasant.

Upon arrival, visitors can enjoy refreshments at The Sala restaurant, which offers a variety of food and beverages. The restaurant opens at 10:00 AM.

Enjoy a meal with a beautiful view and a pleasant atmosphere.

Take a break and walk down to the vineyard below. The grapes are in full bloom.

After enjoying the scenic view, we headed back. There are many activities available here. You can contact The Sala shop for more information. Activities include elephant rides through the vineyard, cycling, and scenic car rides.

On the way back, the end of today's trip. Cycling and resting, tired but fun. Thank you for following. See you again on the next trip. ^_^
