Uthai Thani is a province that has never crossed my mind as a place I must visit.

Suddenly, I felt the urge to explore new and uncharted destinations.

I would like to explore a province that is not Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Ayutthaya, or any of the other popular provinces that I have already visited.

I spread out a map of Thailand and decided to pin it on this province.

For people from the provinces like Nui and Ton, traveling somewhere is not an easy feat.

Due to the necessity of flying into Bangkok before continuing on to various provinces.

The most convenient way to travel is by plane, and for this trip, I flew with Nok Air.

This trip was quite long for Nui, as it started before her arrival in Uthai Thani.

The bird flew up to go on a trip to Hua Hin and Korat. However, based on the calculation of days with a buffer,

With only 3 days and 2 nights remaining, or more accurately, 2 full days and 2 nights.

The trip to Uthai Thani was unplanned, as it was originally intended to be a return trip from Hua Hin. Uthai Thani was not initially included in the itinerary.

As we were driving back from Hua Hin, we discussed our options for the upcoming weekend. We didn't want to spend another weekend in Bangkok, so we started brainstorming ideas.

This marked the beginning of our exploration of Thailand, as we sought a province within reasonable proximity.

And finally, the lottery was drawn in Uthai Thani. During that time, I was looking for information on where to go and came across a picture of a strange tent at Rai Uai Kui.

We spontaneously booked the trip without any prior planning, resulting in an unplanned adventure where we figured things out as we went along.

Accommodation, dining, and attractions are constantly being researched and updated.

Despite the lack of advance planning and last-minute booking, we were still able to secure accommodation.

By the time we arrived, it was almost 8 pm and very dark, as the road leading to the farm was poorly lit.

Let's add some more information about the farm.

There will only be 8 tents available at this location.

The price is 600 baht for one person, 800 baht for two people, 900 baht for three people, and 1000 baht for four people. Breakfast is included.

Nuea arrived in the dark with nothing to do but sit and watch the stars, listening to the chirping of crickets and the buzzing of cicadas.

Paradoxically, it felt good, as if a smile had involuntarily spread across my face.

Please note that the farm does not provide food services. It is recommended that you bring your own provisions. However, they do have a stove available, so you can grill or cook if you wish.

Arriving in the dark, waking up to the morning sun. Every time I go on a trip, I wonder where I get all this energy from.

Why is it so different from when I was working? I never woke up to see the world before seven o'clock.

The sky's azure hue indicates the early hour, as dawn has yet to break.

The morning air was crisp and refreshing. We watched the sunrise from our tent, a truly breathtaking experience.

The beginning of this place is strange, just like Nui said, don't you see?

Immersing ourselves in nature, embracing the unexpected, and allowing ourselves to be surprised by its wonders.

It's like we've been transported to another world, a world we've never experienced before.

Many people might ask why one would put themselves through such hardship.

Once you try it, you'll never forget it.

This morning, Nui also had "pot water".

I'm not sure what they call it elsewhere, or even at the Uigui Orchard.

In Nui's household, the term "nam mo" refers to the water remaining after partially draining cooked rice water from a charcoal stove. This water is essentially rice water.

It is fragrant, nutritious, and can be seasoned with a pinch of salt. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add some sugar.

For coffee lovers, don't miss the fresh coffee from the farm. There are interesting brewing methods.

The aroma is incredibly pungent.

The breakfast consists of all-you-can-eat rice porridge with pork. Eat until you are full.

The fruits include bananas and papayas from the orchard.

Our stomachs full, we took a leisurely stroll around the area before embarking on a winding path alongside a stream.

In addition to growing vegetables, there are also strawberries during the February-March period.

It's time to go for a walk in the stream.

I came across coffee trees planted on the farm. Have you ever seen coffee flowers?

The weather was pleasant in the morning. The students said it took about 40 minutes to walk, and the distance was not too far.

I loved the crystal-clear streams we encountered.

We have reached the other side of the street.

The farm's car will pick us up and take us back to the farm. On the way, we will stop by the market.

This area will feature floral arrangements, a coffee shop, and a store selling fruits and vegetables.

The highlight is the cosmos flower, which is beautifully sweet and perfect for your chubby face.

Confidence at work is essential.

The farm also boasts a coffee shop with stunning views.

A quick peek into the market to see the fresh produce that the locals are selling.

If you're not going anywhere else, I'll just take it to go.

After a while, I returned to the temple.

Many who did not go to see the stream together started to go back.

Despite the departure of several faculties, many remain loyal to Nui and Ton, drawn to their genuine and unpretentious nature.

Meeting strangers and engaging in conversation can lead to the formation of meaningful friendships.

Before leaving, let's take a quick look inside the tent. The tent is spacious and clean, so it passes the test.

The tents are set up on raised platforms, some with roofs and some without, creating a variety of atmospheres.

Nui prefers a house with a roof because she can sit and play in front of the house during the day without getting hot.

The higher the floor is raised, the better the wind blows.

While the road leading to the farm from the main road was dark on the way there, the return journey revealed a different perspective. The path was similar, but the distance was much shorter.

After leaving the Uigui farm ... what we need to think about next is where to go.

We asked the locals about interesting places to visit. Along the way, we stopped by the Tham Khao Wong Cave Temple, which is located not far from the U-Kui Orchard.

We embarked on a spontaneous road trip to Uthai Thani, navigating the city without a predetermined accommodation. As we meandered through the streets, we were captivated by the urban landscape.

The charm of the old houses lined up next to each other eventually led us to look for a coffee shop to settle down in.

The main issue was that my phone's battery was dead, and my power bank was also out of charge. So, I was looking for a place to charge my phone.

Driving along, I caught sight of a quaint wooden house by the roadside that resembled a cafe. I couldn't resist pulling over to check it out.

It turned out to be a real coffee shop called Baan Jongrak.

It's like a blessing from heaven, there's a place to charge my battery and a place to rest.

The store is charmingly decorated with a collection of small, vintage items.

The table and chairs will be small wooden ones.

Indulge in a mini toast, the full name of which I cannot recall, for its delightful flavor and affordability.

The owner also provided recommendations for accommodations.

The coffee shop is located above a museum called Baan Khun Ta Luang Phet Songkram.

It is a private museum established to commemorate ancestors and collect their belongings.

After gathering some basic information and charging my phone, I was ready to delve deeper into my research.

Nui and Ton continued their journey, driving around to explore the city and its routes.

Accommodation options are plentiful and diverse, catering to a range of budgets. However, we had a limited budget of less than 1,000 baht for our stay.

Some beautiful places cost almost two thousand baht, while others cost 800 baht but have no private bathroom. I drove through rice fields and crossed a river, exploring the entire city in one day.

Ultimately, the desired accommodation was secured at a price of only 550 baht.

The name of the resort is Baan Saekrang. I've seen the sign at the entrance of the alley many times, but I thought it was interesting, so I drove past.

After researching the property, I found it to be satisfactory. I viewed the room and found it to be acceptable for the price of 550 baht.

The room is clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. It's great value for money, and you can even get your laundry done for just 10 baht per item. I've used the service myself and can highly recommend it.

They have finished relaxing, bathing, and washing up.

Today, Nui has an appointment to go for a walk at the Trok Rong Ya, as there is a walking street there.

The majority of the stalls sell food, snacks, and some souvenirs and clothing.

Don't miss the must-try skewered pork satay.

Nui, the owner, named it herself. Due to the long queue, it is recommended to get a queue number first and then pick up your pork before leaving.

Despite the long wait, the food is delicious and worth the price at only 4 baht per skewer.

With 20 eggs and 15 without, this is a must-try dish! You won't find it anywhere else in the market.

This shop is like an antique store. Every time I walk past, it's always crowded, so I haven't been able to go in and take a look.

The conclusion of tonight is that I bought a lot of things from the market to eat back in my room.

I woke up early today, intending to take a morning stroll through the market.

Upon exiting the room, I discovered that breakfast was included. At 550 baht, this event offers exceptional value.

A simple breakfast of rice porridge, bread, youtiao, tea, coffee, and fruit will keep you full throughout your journey.

Take a morning stroll along the Sakae Krang River and experience the local way of life. The fresh air and peaceful atmosphere will make you feel like you've stepped into a slow-paced world.

There are only a few places left in Thailand where people still live on floating houses like this.

Not everyone can stay in these accommodations. You must have a valid registration according to the law.

Near the bridge over the river, there is a morning market. But Nui woke up a little late, and the market was already closed.

Nui decided to return to collect her belongings from the accommodation and check out properly, so she could continue her trip without worrying about time.

After that, we drove around the city for a while before parking near the hospital and going for a walk.

The city is remarkably quiet, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for leisurely strolls.

After chilling, we continued eating.

I had lunch at Auntie Nok's noodle shop near the hospital today.

A delicious bowl of braised chicken noodle soup with a variety of toppings. The noodles are soft and the broth is excellent. Only 35 baht per bowl.

A short walk from the hospital, I bought some kaya toast with flowing filling.

This shop requires reservations due to high demand. If I recall correctly, each dumpling costs 8 baht, and a box of 10 dumplings costs 80 baht.

This sentence translates to: "Which requires a waiting time of approximately 2 hours."

Nui bought one to try and it was delicious! It was hot, gooey, and melted in her mouth. However, she was disappointed that she didn't have time to wait for more.

Before leaving Uthai, let's take an auspicious moment for good luck.

Stop by to pay respects to the Buddha and make a wish. Nui went to pay respects to the Buddha at Wat Sangkat Rattanakhiri.

Nui had never heard of this temple before. She had only heard of Wat Tha But, but she saw a sign while driving.

This temple serves as the provincial temple, attracting a considerable number of local worshippers. The temple grounds are quite extensive.

After making a wish, I walked out of the church and saw a steep staircase leading up the mountain.

Local residents confirmed that there is a road leading up to the destination.

Nuea smiles. Let's go up to the top to pay respects to the Buddha and enjoy the view.

And then, in the end, Ton refused to drive and invited us to walk up the mountain instead. Ton said that we must have faith. If I remember correctly, it was 409 steps, and we were all out of breath.

In addition to worshipping Buddha, the top also offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Uthai Thani city.

The air is fresh and the view is amazing, but the church below is crowded.

Still continuing the journey, let's go to another temple to worship the Buddha.

A renowned temple celebrated for its grandeur and exquisite beauty.

Upon arriving in Uthai Thani, a must-visit destination is Wat Tha Sung, also known as Wat Chantaram, located in Nam Seum Subdistrict, Mueang Uthai Thani District.

Although an ancient temple, it gained prominence and development under the renowned monk Phra Rajamangalacharaya (Luang Pho Ruaysi Ling Dam). He constructed numerous ornate buildings, including doors and windows adorned with intricate paintings of celestial beings.

The most magnificent structure is the **100-meter Crystal Temple**, a significant temple built by Luang Pu Rueasi Lingdam before his death. It also houses the incorruptible remains of Luang Pu in a glass coffin. The interior is adorned with white, translucent mosaics that resemble shimmering glass. Additionally, the temple houses a replica of the Phra Buddha Chinnarat, the presiding Buddha image. The Crystal Temple is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

A short, unplanned trip to Uthai Thani province.

Don't say you don't have time and can't travel. In reality, everyone has enough time.

However, it depends on what we want to do with our time. For Nui, she wants to use it to live life to the fullest.

Use it to make your life happy... On the days you have to work, just work.
