With the arrival of summer, many people are likely "yearning for the sea."

Not because of heartbreak, wanting to escape love.......just wanting to escape the heat, to lie down and receive the cool breeze.

Bags are packed, let's hit the road!

Day 1:

7:00 AM. We started our journey from Bangkok. We named this trip "Chill Trip" because we were already chilling out from the very beginning. The plan was to leave at 5:30 AM, but we were only 1.30 hours late. So... were we too chill? ^V^

10:00 AM. We finally arrived at "Wat Chalermsamut" after getting lost and arguing with Google Maps for a while. This temple is an ancient temple in Sattahip district, built during the reign of King Chulalongkorn. It is believed that if you want to pray for success in your career, improve your fortune, or cleanse yourself of bad luck, you must crawl through the "Rahu Shrine". Let's go inside without further delay!

Before entering the ordination hall, there is a point to exchange coins for the daily Buddha statue, 20 baht per set. After paying, we will receive a coin cup, a prayer book, and a card to receive amulets.

The steps are simple:

1. Donate coins to the alms bowl of the monk who shares your birthdate.

2. Gilding the Buddha --- Luang Pu Thuat --- and the Nimi Buddha Image

** **

3. Circumambulate the Ubosot clockwise for 3/5/7/9 rounds, depending on one's physical ability and faith. Chant the provided prayers throughout the circumambulation.

From the north ===> Pray for a job

East ===> Pray for family, health, and offspring to carry on the family line.

** **

After paying respects to the Buddha, you can pick up free drinking water at the stairs where we paid respects to the Maha Brahma. The cool chrysanthemum tea is perfect for quenching your thirst on a hot day.

11:00 AM. Of course, when you come to the sea, you have to eat fresh seafood. On this trip, we stopped by the "Chon Saen Samut Fresh Market". If you're wondering what to eat, you can choose anything you like.

How fresh it is, ask your heart.

****If you order multiple items, it is recommended to check carefully whether they are complete. This time, we missed the check, resulting in incomplete items.****

**13.30 p.m.** Proceed straight to the Naval Cadet School. We must exchange our passes at this point before entering the premises.

Upon arrival, park your car and pay a site maintenance fee of 50 Baht per person. Then, board the 2-row car, which provides pick-up and drop-off services throughout the day.

We have arrived at "Haad Sai Kaew". There are not as many people as I thought.

2:00 PM. Upon arriving at the beach, our first activity was to secure a prime location for our extended stay. The ladies staked out the area, while the men took charge of carrying the chairs. (Chair rentals cost 30 baht for the entire day, and you can get a 10 baht refund if you return the chair upon leaving.)

"Tumblers with lids" are truly ideal for beach trips. They provide excellent protection against dust and sand.

After a satisfying meal, it's time to feast our eyes on some visual delights.

This beach offers a wide range of water activities. If you enjoy swimming, you can take a dip in the refreshing waters.

After swimming, they rested.

Some come to sunbathe lying down, sitting down, or standing up, soaking up vitamin D to their heart's content.

For those who enjoy high-speed thrills, jet skiing is the perfect activity.

Banana boat

Kayaking

The children had a blast building sandcastles in a competition.

The mermaid is also here. ^V^

Some are young painters, using the sand as their canvas. The wider the canvas, the further their imaginations can soar. ^V^

No need to worry if you engage in strenuous activities or experience minor accidents. The command center will provide basic household medication.

5:30 PM. We relaxed until almost 6 PM, when the sun was setting and the light was beautiful. The atmosphere was so good that we didn't want to leave.

We need to go and wait in line for the songthaew to take us back to our car in the lower parking lot. Please follow me to wait for the car together. (On weekdays, cars are allowed to drive up to the beach, but on weekends, cars are only allowed after 6 pm.)

The sun is setting, signaling the imminent arrival of our little party. We must quickly pitch our tents and prepare everything for tonight.

7:00 PM. Typically, shops on the beach are open until 7:00 PM, and those who stay overnight can order food to be delivered to their accommodation or tent. However, today was unusual because all the shops closed before 6:00 PM (presumably due to good sales). This forced us to go to the market to find dinner again. (All vehicles that drive out must return before 10:00 PM.)

Food is ready, drinks are ready, and everyone is in high spirits. It's a light dinner accompanied by laughter, truly living up to the name of our "Chill...Chill Trip".

They chatted while watching the lights from the fishing boats.

If you can't sleep late at night, try holding your lover's hand and sitting out to watch the moon like this. The atmosphere is so romantic! ^V^

Day 2:

6:30 AM: The first thing to do upon waking up is to **pack up the tent** (as per the rules, it must be packed up before 8:30 AM).

Done! I've captured a series of stunning photos of the near-deserted beach. The atmosphere is truly breathtaking.

Khao Kaew Beach....is another beach that we are impressed with. With its white sand, clear water, close proximity, and affordable cost.....come visit and you will see that it is not wrong from what we said at all ^V^
