Greetings, dear readers of the yellow line. 5555 Just kidding!

The "yellow" mentioned here refers to the color of beer. Please be patient.

Let's turn our attention to the inviting beer bottle in front of us. Today, we'll be enjoying a beer.

Where and how? Follow me ^^

Let's introduce you to a mini bar in Phuket.

A relaxed atmosphere with great music and comfortable seating.

Notably, this establishment offers a selection of Thai craft beers for purchase.

We learned about this restaurant from a review on Readme.

Having the opportunity to visit Phuket, I had to give it a try.

Well, there are plenty of Thai craft shops in Bangkok, why not try them instead of coming all the way to Phuket? 55555

The door opened, revealing a breathtaking sight.

I'm not familiar with this beer.

Which one should I choose? I'm so confused.

Let me preface by saying that...

I have never tried Thai craft beer before.

I have no knowledge in this area.

Thinking it was beer, I drank it. This is the first time!!

Hmm… what should we do now?

What kind of beer would you like to order?

I'm so confused and embarrassed. 5555

Which one will make it pop...oops, I mean good. Haha.

And suddenly…

It's like an angel has come to my rescue.

The owner of the craft box shop greeted us.

And provide recommendations for drinking beer.

While providing knowledge simultaneously.

We talked and talked, and I found out his name is "P'Jen".

Beautiful, clear, kind-hearted, and with a deep knowledge of beer.

(I didn't take any pictures of Jane because I was too excited. 555)

The concept of each beer is very interesting.

....................

Jen served us PHUKET beer first.

To prepare your palate for Thai craft beer.

The perfectly chilled beer instantly quenched the thirst of the eager drinkers.

The two of us felt very relaxed.

Having finished our drinks in one go, we will now begin to get to know each Thai craft beer one by one.

Novice drinkers need not worry about ordering here, as Ms. Jane provides excellent recommendations.

We told Jane that we are a drinker, but not a heavy one.

Walking the middle path, a person of neutrality. 55555

Hold on, we're getting off topic. Let's get back on track.

Let's see how Jane will handle us two newbies.

Let's start with the first one..

Triple Pearl

style : wheat

The taste is very good, easy to drink, fragrant, suitable for people who are new to drinking. Girls should like it. We learned that it also contains coriander seeds and orange peel. Does it really have coriander seeds? 555 It feels very refreshing. The factory is not far away, in Chonburi.

Let's move on to the second one.

This might look familiar to you.

MAHANAKHON

style : Wheat Beer

This is another beer that we really like. It has a sweet aroma and a slightly sweet taste. The ingredients of this beer include wheat, oats, coriander seeds, and oranges. The oranges are used whole to give the beer a distinct orange flavor. It is very refreshing to drink and is perfect for the hot weather in our country. The beer has a slightly cloudy color. We noticed that when Jen pours the beer, she doesn't pour the whole bottle. She leaves a little bit left, swirls it around to release the sediment, and then pours it for us later.

After two bottles, I'm starting to feel good. 5555

Despite its sweet and fragrant appearance, it is slightly intoxicating.

Let's take a quick walk around the shop. 5555

Let's see what beers are available in the store.

It looks like you want to try everything.

This is Full Moon Chalawan Pale Ale.

Love the packaging! ^^

Next up, we sampled Lamzing beer.

Lamzing

The vibrant colors of the logo and the design of the labels were impressive. However, my impression was further enhanced after hearing the concept behind each beer from Ms. Jane. The first beer we tried was Piña Colada (the second bottle from the right), which contained pineapple and coconut. The pineapple added a refreshing touch, followed by the sweet and creamy aroma of coconut. It was a unique and enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Continue. More intense please.

Comes with thick foam.

The Circus: The Animal Trainer and India Pale

This phrase appears to be a title or heading for a section of text. It is unclear what the specific content of this section will be without further context. However, based on the individual words, we can make some educated guesses about the possible topics:

  • The Circus: This suggests that the section may be about a circus performance or the circus industry in general.
  • The Animal Trainer: This implies that the section may focus on a specific individual who trains animals for circus performances.
  • India Pale: This could refer to a type of beer, a geographical location in India, or a specific type of fabric.

Without further context, it is impossible to determine the exact meaning of this phrase. However, it is likely that the section will discuss the role of animal trainers in the circus industry, possibly with a focus on India.

style : IPW

Alcohol by volume: 5.6%

This one is quite strong, with a banana-like aroma and hops. It has a very bitter taste for me, but it's drinkable when chilled. Two big gulps and I'm dizzy, viewers! If you're a heavy drinker who likes strong beers, Circus is definitely for you.

SPACECRAFT

style : IPA, wheat beer

Alcohol by volume: 6%

This beer has a similar taste to the previous one, but it's easier to drink and has a sweeter, more fragrant aroma. It also contains hops, herbs, and tree roots. Be warned, it can really get you tipsy! Don't let the simple bottle fool you, this beer packs a punch!

It's recommended to have something to snack on while drinking this beer. The restaurant provides snacks, which help to balance out the sweetness and make the drinking experience smoother.

Ready to continue.

We really like the concept of this one.

MORNING IN MONSOON

style : stocky

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 5.8%

This dark beer initially intimidated me, as I typically avoid coffee. However, I decided to embrace the spirit of Thai craft beer and listen to the concept behind it. The brewer explained that the inspiration came from the traditional Thai practice of enjoying iced black coffee with crispy rice cakes in the morning. Intrigued, I took a sip. To my surprise, it was surprisingly easy to drink. The bitterness from the roasted malt was subtle, and the aroma of coconut and coffee was delightful. Despite its dark color, the flavor was well-balanced and distinctly Thai.

Six bottles down, are you drunk now?

I'm drunk, sis.

Let's take a walk around the shop first, sis.

Hold on, or you won't be able to walk comfortably. 5555

The price is as follows.

This may be too high for many people.

In our opinion, if we have enough resources to afford it,

We recommend you to try it.

You will not be disappointed.

And now, for our final beer of the evening, we have the

ORANGEY

.

style : stout

translation : style : stout

Alcohol by volume: 4.8%

This beer is a collaboration between four breweries: Lamsing, Sandport, Mahanakorn, and Changwon. It is a chocolate beer with a subtle orange aroma. After drinking it, I felt a little better. It was a beautiful way to end the night. I feel like I've opened up new perspectives for myself. ^^

For novice drinkers like us.

Embracing Thai Craft

It was definitely the right decision.

I like everything.

It's like we're savoring both the delicious taste of beer and art at the same time.

This also supports fellow Thais.

Excellent work, I commend you.

Thank you very much, P'Jane, for your warm hospitality. We will definitely visit Craft Box Café again on our next trip to Phuket.

It must be one of our two lists again ^^

Come on, let me promote my shop a little. 55555

For those in Phuket who want to try Thai craft beer,

Gaining knowledge while having fun.

Or for those who are already proficient in beer matters,

I highly recommend this restaurant.

Suitable for a quick bite, shopping, and relaxation.

Absolutely...
