This article has been marinating for a long time. The Cha-am trip I'm writing about actually happened almost two months ago. It was a rather thoughtless trip, you know? When you can't think of anything else, you just say, "Let's go to Cha-am, Hua Hin, or Pattaya." But this time was a little special. I don't know why, but I suddenly wanted to go lie down on a golf course. So, off we went to Cha-am to pack our bags!
Honestly, this trip was a bit confusing. We didn't really have a plan for where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do. We just figured it out as we went along. "Oh, that looks like a nice place to take pictures. Let's go!" And our driver was so kind, he took us to every place we mentioned. Haha!
The first place we chose to visit was the Laem Phak Bia Environmental Research and Development Project.
It was a long drive in, but the atmosphere was nice. We liked it.
I'm so exhausted just from seeing the entrance. I took some photos while walking, but I was like, "Let's go back, I'm hungry."
That's all for my review of Laem Phak Bia. Bye!
After a tiring hike through the forest (or so it seemed), it was finally time to check into our accommodations. This time, we stayed at Springfield Village Golf & Spa.
Springfield Village Golf & Spa is a non-beachfront accommodation with comprehensive amenities. It is a suitable option for those seeking relaxation. However, it is particularly ideal for golf enthusiasts, as they can enjoy a round of golf followed by spa treatments, swimming, or relaxation in their rooms.
For this stay, my room was a Junior Suite. It was very spacious, with clearly defined areas for the bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The highlight was the jacuzzi on the balcony, which offered a relaxing view of the golf course.
Located in Springfield Village, this property may be a bit remote and is best accessed by private vehicle. It is particularly suitable for golf enthusiasts rather than those seeking a purely relaxing getaway.
Breakfast is served at the clubhouse, which offers stunning views of the expansive golf course.
The breakfast at Springfield offers a wide variety of options, and the desserts are especially delicious. My favorite was the palm fruit in syrup.
After a satisfying breakfast, we checked out and headed to our next destination: Miffy Garden Cafe in Santorini, Cha-am.
The interior design of the cafe is adorable, featuring elements inspired by the beloved character Miffy. This immediately drew me in, as I am a fan of Miffy's cuteness. However, the prices were a bit steep, making it difficult to fully embrace the experience.
In addition to Santorini Cha-am, there is also Miffy Garden where you can take pictures with Miffy characters. However, it can be quite sunny, so it might be better to visit in the evening.
While Cha-am may be a small, less bustling tourist town compared to Hua Hin, we believe that anyone who visits Cha-am will inevitably fall in love with this charming town.
