Developing recipes using local ingredients from Rayong province.
This project features Chef Chumphol, the Iron Chef of Thailand.
To develop a signature dish for Rayong province.

Pork curry with Cha-om leaves
The original menu, but with more care, by selecting only the second and third pairs of leaves from the branches.
To achieve the perfect flavor, combine with curry paste that has been roasted to perfection. Stir-fry without using oil.
Infused with the rich flavors of aromatic curry paste, the dish features melt-in-your-mouth slices of pork neck.
This dish emerged as the winning menu item in this project.

Crispy Fried Vegetable Salad
Savour the delectable flavours of pesticide-free ingredients, including meticulously selected water spinach harvested at its prime between 8-10 days old.
Deep-fried in a crispy batter, served with a spicy and tangy dipping sauce, and accompanied by fresh, boiled shrimp. The flavors are a delightful combination of sour, spicy, and sweet.
