Previously, we had an experience with Indian cuisine in Taiwan that left us with a less than favorable impression, making us hesitant to try Indian food again due to the overwhelming amount of spices.
Nha-Mas-Tay! Before our visit to The Great Kabab Factory, we never thought we would be able to handle Indian food (too much spices for us).
Our recent experience with the Indian buffet at The Great Kabab Factory has significantly altered our perspective on Indian cuisine. (#foodies, we know what's up!)

The chefs and staff are predominantly Indian, with only one Thai waiter encountered during our visit. This suggests a high level of authenticity in the restaurant's cuisine.

The chefs explained their preference for using charcoal in the clay oven to bake kebabs and flatbreads. This method, they believe, allows the smoky aroma of the wood to permeate the food, enhancing its flavor and making it more appealing.
