"Singapore: A Tourist's Paradise"

Singapore is a dream destination for tourists, offering a plethora of attractions, including efficient transportation, renowned landmarks, excellent governance, diverse culture, and delectable cuisine. Its proximity, requiring only a few hours of travel, makes it an ideal choice for first-time international travelers. While basic language skills are helpful, thorough trip planning is crucial. In this guide, I share my personal experiences and insights on exploring Singapore, providing valuable information for your upcoming adventure.

AirAsia offers direct flights from Krabi to Singapore. Their promotions are released regularly and are incredibly affordable. The flights are comfortable, and the airline pays close attention to detail, treating every passenger as important. (With all this praise, AirAsia should really give me some free tickets!)

The journey from Krabi takes approximately 2 hours. I recommend that friends who are planning to visit Singapore study the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) form carefully. Singapore's local time is 1 hour ahead of Thailand's.

"We have now arrived at Changi International Airport in Singapore." No matter how many times I come here, I still get excited every time. The first thing we need to do after entering the airport is to go through immigration. The line might be a bit long, so just follow the signs. Don't worry, you won't get lost. And the immigration officers here might look a bit serious, but don't be afraid, they are friendly. Once you're through immigration, you're free to explore!

After passing through immigration, we need to go to Building 2 to take the MRT. From Building 1, we need to take the Skytrain to Building 2. If you are afraid of getting lost, just follow the signs and you will not get lost. Then, we need to purchase an Eazy Link card. There are two types: one that includes all transportation, such as buses and MRTs, but for this trip, I only used the MRT. I think it is the most convenient. The card costs 12 dollars. Once you have the card, let's go!

The MRT map is very important. Save it for future reference.

Paragraph 1:

For this trip, I chose to stay in the Chinatown area.

Paragraph 2:

My friends who are staying in this area don't know how to get here. Follow me!

Paragraph 3:

From Changi Airport Station, we need to transfer at Tanah Merah Station. This is because the Changi Airport line terminates at Tanah Merah. However, in the future, if you want to travel to Chinatown, you can get off at Expo Station and transfer to the Chinatown line. It's convenient and you don't have to worry about getting lost.

Upon arrival at Chinatown, travelers seeking to purchase a SIM card can do so at 7 Eleven.

Various network providers and price options are available.

For this trip, I booked accommodation at the Adler Hostel, conveniently located near the MRT station.

Check in, unpack, and embark on your journey according to plan. Planning your trip in terms of transportation, destinations, and other aspects is crucial for saving time during your actual trip.

The first stop on this trip is Marina Bay, including the Marina Bay Sands building and the Merlion.

Traveling to Marina Bay

To reach Marina Bay, begin your journey at Chinatown Station. Board the purple line towards Punggol and travel to Dhoby Ghaut Station. At Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the red line towards Marina Bay. Remain on the train until the final stop. Upon arrival, exit the station and walk towards Marina Bay.

Note: It is advisable to check for any changes in MRT routes before traveling, as schedules may be subject to alterations.
