The air-conditioned dining room is not large and is well-lit. There are standard chairs, sofas, and bar stools.

‘Cold Seafood’
Oysters – Large, fresh, clean, and with good texture. Recommended.
Shrimp – Medium-sized, peeled, with firm and bouncy flesh. Standard.
Crab – Almost small, fresh, with good texture. Recommended.
Squid – Large, with chewy flesh. Well-prepared.
New Zealand mussels – Large, visually appealing, with good texture. Well-prepared.
Seafood dipping sauce – Balanced flavors of sour, salty, spicy, and savory, without being overly intense.

'Japanese food'
The salmon sashimi was delicious, with a good texture and sweetness. It was well-prepared.

'Salad / Cheese / Bread'
I like the idea of a salad that is just the right size, not too big or too much, just enough to accompany the meal.

‘Grilled Lamb Chop Gravy Sauce’
The thick-cut lamb chops were visually appealing and incredibly tender, with minimal gamey flavor. The seasoning was perfect, eliminating the need for additional dipping sauces. This dish stood out as a standout menu item and is currently one of my top picks for buffet-style lamb chops. Highly recommended.

1. Steamed Salmon with Lime: Large, thick piece, cooked perfectly with a firm texture. Well-seasoned, not too strong. Well done.

2. Macadamia Sea Bass: Large piece with crispy skin, cooked perfectly with fresh, flavorful flesh. Delicious macadamia nut and spice aroma. Good standard.

3. Tom Yum Gai: Clear broth with a fragrant and distinct aroma and taste. Recommended.

4. Roasted Pepper Pork Loin: Thick, juicy piece with a fragrant and tender texture. Seasoned with a strong, slightly sweet and refreshing flavor. Well done.

5. Stir-fried Minced Pork with Basil: Salty with a mild spiciness. Good standard.

6. Fried Rice with Shrimp: Fried to a fluffy texture with a fragrant and flavorful taste. Good standard.

7. Deep-fried Fish with Chili and Salt: Dry and crispy, large piece with a strong, salty flavor. Well done.

8. Baked Potato: Good texture, cooked evenly with a soft and sweet flavor. Well done.

9. Stir-fried Green Beans with Bacon: Fragrant and chewy bacon. The highlight is the sweet, slightly crunchy green beans. Strong and distinct stir-fry flavor. Recommended.

10. Roasted Half Chicken: Sliced into thick pieces, cooked perfectly with tender meat. Sauce has a balanced flavor, not too strong, may need additional dipping sauce. Well done.

Appetizers:

• Wagyu Beef: Choose the 50% cooked option for a tender and juicy piece with a satisfying chew. No need for dipping sauce! Highly recommended.
• Steamed Black Pomfret with Lime: This dish features a thick, flavorful piece of fish with skin on. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with a spicy and sour lime dressing. Recommended.
• Grilled Black Pomfret: Fresh and well-prepared fish with a standard flavor profile.
• Seared Scallops with Butter: These medium-sized scallops are fresh and flavorful, with a subtle butter aroma and light seasoning. Standard quality.
• Scallops Stir-fried with Black Pepper Sauce: This dish offers a juicy and flavorful stir-fry with a predominantly salty taste and a hint of spice. Standard quality.
• Baked Scallops with Cheese: This dish is best enjoyed immediately. The highlight is the hot, fragrant, and creamy cheese that complements the scallops perfectly. Well-executed.

Happy Hour

One-for-one drinks with cocktails at 206 baht net per glass. This is a great deal compared to other good bars in the area.

Pairing your favorite drink with your meal is the perfect way to enhance your dining experience.

The atmosphere was lively and the restaurant was full. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh, clean, and of high quality. The flavors were well-balanced and not too strong, making it easy to enjoy. The international restaurant, Momo Cafe, at the Marriott Executive Apartments Sathorn Vista, offers a special Surf and Turf promotion. This is a great example of a buffet that doesn't need to be huge, but rather focuses on quality ingredients and clear presentation. The flavors are well-balanced and not too strong, making it easy to enjoy over the 4-hour dining period. The food is plentiful and there is no shortage of anything. Drinks are included in the price of 883 Net, which is just over 200 baht per hour. With its central Sathorn location and a world-class brand like Marriott, it's no wonder the restaurant was full on the day of the review. Therefore, it is recommended to make a reservation before coming every time. This is a White Elephant grade buffet to end the year.
