This trip to Japan marks my third visit, with the first two being work-related.

The first trip took place in May 2004 and involved a visit to Oita City, the model city for OTOP (One Tambon One Product) initiative, for a duration of three days.

The second trip occurred in July 2005 and entailed a training program in Hiroshima City, lasting approximately 30 days.

This current trip marks my third visit and is organized by a tour company, spanning three days and two nights, excluding travel days.

The first two days of the program followed the itinerary prepared by the tour company, with a guide leading the way. The third day was a free day, during which the tour participants could plan their own activities. Most of the tour participants chose to go shopping in the commercial districts of Tokyo, while I opted to explore and gain new experiences at Tokyo Disneyland instead.

Tokyo Disneyland is truly magnificent and grand compared to other theme parks I have visited. (If time permits, I will return to review Tokyo Disneyland in more detail.)

In addition to the various fun rides, this Disneyland also offers a variety of exotic and tempting food, including the Smoked Turkey Leg. The Smoked Turkey Leg stands in Disneyland are located in several locations, mostly in the Westernland area, and are one of the 5 must-try food items when you have the chance to visit Disneyland.

"OMG!!! What are people queuing for here?"

At first glance, it might appear to be a popcorn stand, and the long queue wouldn't suggest it's for an amusement park ride. But why are there so many people waiting in line? (Every store is always busy, with queues of twenty, thirty, or even hundreds of people at times.)

Driven by curiosity, I walked to the front of the line. As I got closer, I finally understood and had an "aha!" moment. The sign said "Smoked Turkey Leg" for 750 yen (Y), which is about 250 baht.

Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to eat roast turkey with cranberry sauce almost every year when I went out to meet clients during Christmas. I felt that it was not delicious and not worth it at all....but this one drumstick costs 250 baht and the queue is very long....what happened???? (Crazy!!)

Charming stall with staff dressed in cowboy attire. Chicken drumsticks neatly wrapped in paper.

An old saying goes: "Hearing about something a hundred times is not as good as seeing it once, seeing it once is not as good as feeling it with your hands, and feeling it with your hands is not as good as tasting it yourself."

Unable to contain my curiosity, I searched for a shop with a short queue and squeezed my way in. It took about twenty minutes to get my order (if this were in Thailand, I wouldn't pay for a single drumstick if I had to wait this long... I thought to myself again).

After waiting for over twenty minutes, the anticipation finally came to an end, and the moment everyone had been dreaming of arrived. Upon entering Tokyo Disneyland, the smoked turkey leg became an absolute must-have!

Thank you all for following. (Like and share if you enjoyed!)
