We often question ourselves.
Why is it that the person we wish would be born for us... does not want to be with us?
Often, we anticipate... only to be met with disappointment.
Why does love have the power to pull us out of our comfort zones?
Yet it has never brought us back to where we started.
Disappointment never heals the heart.
Only we ourselves can rise up to love and value ourselves at all times.
This sentence describes a trip to Nan Province and Phu Langka, but begins with a personal anecdote about the author's unrequited love.
We fear love, yet we still yearn for it.
That's interesting.
This trip took place in mid-September.
Our goal is to see endless green rice fields.
As seen on various travel websites, today is finally our turn.

The best time to visit Nan Province is during the rainy season, from September to October. This is the rice planting season, and the fields are lush and green, creating a beautiful and serene landscape.
We traveled from Bangkok by Air Asia and landed at Nan Airport. The journey was convenient as the airport is located within the city.
Renting a car, we got a trusty Vios, taking us wherever the road leads.
Our culinary journey begins in the heart of Nan city, where the renowned Khao Soi restaurant, Ton Nam, awaits. Situated near the bustling Kad Mueang Nan market and the iconic Wat Phumin temple, this eatery offers an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The flavors of the Khao Soi are simply divine, making it a must-try for any food enthusiast. Let's embark on a culinary adventure and savor the delights of Ton Nam.
Entering the temple to pay respects to the Buddha at Wat Phumin, you will find the renowned mural painting "Pu Man Ya Man, Whispering Love, World-Famous."
We are fond of flowers used for worshipping.
A simple postcard with a heartfelt message of "missing you" might bring joy to the recipient, but for some, it might not even be worth accepting.
Our journey continues towards Phayao Province, where today's destination is "Phu Langka Resort or Phu Langka Baan Suan".
Our eyes were glued to the road, barely daring to look away.
The terrain gradually changed until it reached a peak shrouded in mist. We drove cautiously, opening the windows to breathe in the misty air.
As we approach, this breathtaking view unfolds before us, captivating our attention and demanding a moment of appreciation. Though our time together is fleeting, the shared experience of witnessing such beauty makes it worthwhile.
Sometimes, when we embark on a journey, we are uncertain of what lies ahead. We know only that it is a risk we must take, even though we are aware that things may not turn out as we expect. Yet, we are still drawn to the journey, for we know that the destination is beautiful and alluring.
However, we failed to consider that the road might be damaged halfway through, and the fog might be so thick that we wouldn't be able to continue.
The viewpoint at Tham Sa Kaeo Cave, especially during the thick fog, is breathtakingly beautiful.

"Phu Langka Resort or Phu Langka Baan Suan"
I'd be glad to translate the sentence:
Original: รู้จักสถานที่นี้จากเพจท่องเที่ยวและกระทู้ท่องเที่ยวจนภาพติดตาและอยากมาด้วยตัวเองซักครั้ง
I discovered this place through travel pages and blogs, and the images captivated me so much that I knew I had to visit it myself someday.
Each house boasts a pleasant atmosphere and overlooks the stunning view of the Pha Chang Noi cliff.
The air is so pleasant, and wherever you look, it's lush and green, refreshing the heart.
Nature can heal our minds as well.
On a clear night, if we could lie down hand in hand, gazing at the stars together, it would be wonderful.
They say that sometimes there is a sea of fog at midnight here. If we are lucky, we might see it. But we must have been a little unlucky, as we waited until midnight and it still didn't come.
The fog eventually rolled in at five in the morning. Perhaps it's true that the people destined for us are waiting, just like the fog waited to meet us at dawn today. It arrived a little later than expected, but it was bound to come eventually, wasn't it?
Nature-created purple
Natural light makeup ^^
Breakfast consists of rice porridge and hot coffee.
This view enhances the deliciousness by several times.
Another important signature of Phu Langka is this shop.
Enchanted peak
A short walk from Phu Langka Resort, this cafe boasts stunning views.
A signature menu item whose name escapes me, yet its taste lingers. The sweetness of red syrup against the bitterness of coffee, an unlikely pairing that somehow works. Unlike us, who were incompatible, never given the chance to find harmony. Perhaps we should never have met at all...
The bread and coffee here are delicious. The owner seems attentive and friendly.
A photographer's paradise for fog hunters. ^^
"Pua"
A name that many people are familiar with.
If you tell someone you're going to see the rice field view here, many people will probably look confused.
Isn't there something similar to this in your neighborhood?
However, if you see it with your own eyes, you might change your mind.

The view behind the Phuket temple is breathtaking. Lush green rice paddies stretch out in perfect rows, framed by majestic mountains. It's a sight that should be experienced firsthand. We highly recommend it.
"Lam Duan Weaving Shop"
"Tanong Homestay"
We stopped by for coffee and found it to be a great place to stay. The view is beautiful. If you can book it, I recommend choosing it.
A bamboo walkway allows visitors to stroll through the rice fields, while a pavilion provides a cool and breezy spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
And our accommodation for tonight is "Pua Good View".
Located approximately 7 kilometers from Pua District, this newly opened accommodation was still under construction during my visit. However, the view was stunning, and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Doi Phu Kha National Park
Seeking the legendary sky road, the route from Pua District to Bo Kluea.
The scenery along the way was breathtaking. We were all eager to find the so-called "sky road." We stopped the car several times, but it wasn't the right place. At times, we felt discouraged, wondering if we had taken the wrong turn. However, we persevered and remained focused, and finally, we found the sky road we had been searching for.
Perhaps this love is not meant to be. We haven't reached the road we desire. He may have just passed by, made our hearts skip a beat, and then left. That's all.
However, the journey itself is no less beautiful than the destination.
Elevated expressway
"1715 Viewpoint"
The highest point of Doi Phu Kha National Park, where the mist swirls and changes constantly, never staying in one place for long…
The Nan trip has ended. Thank you for following us to this point.
Details may be limited. If you are interested in following in my footsteps, please feel free to ask for more information.
At least sitting here working on this post has significantly reduced the distractions of being dumped.
We have been trying too hard to keep our love alive.
...which destroyed everything and made them forget that...
"Love doesn't require effort."
