The trending snack "Moo So Rong" is now available with a demonstration on how to make it.

The PR team has prepared a wide variety of food for us to try. It would be impossible to eat everything, so I will review what I was able to sample.

Fermented pork sausage

Starting with "Moo So-rong", seasoned pork is molded into balls and wrapped with crispy rice vermicelli. The dish offers a salty, savory flavor with a satisfying crunch from the fried noodles. Dipped in a sweet and sour sauce, it's a unique and delicious appetizer that's hard to find elsewhere.

White-winged vampire bat

Fried taro with shrimp filling is a traditional snack made by mashing taro and wrapping it around seasoned shrimp filling. It is shaped into a triangle, pleated, dipped in egg yolk batter, and deep-fried until golden brown. Served with pickled vegetable dipping sauce, it enhances the taro flavor and complements the sweetness of the shrimp, creating a delightful contrast with the tangy dipping sauce.

Note: I have translated the phrase "แพนงไก่" to "Panang Curry with Chicken" based on my understanding of the context.

**Salted Egg in Braised Sauce** offers a sweet and savory flavor profile, with the egg yolk and braising sauce complementing each other perfectly. It pairs well with hot steamed rice, making it a delightful meal for both children and adults.

Salted Beef in Coconut Milk Tender salted beef, not overly salty, balanced by the rich sweetness of creamy coconut milk and soft shallots. A comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for a warm and satisfying meal.

Chilled Jasmine Rice with Toppings (Khao Chae)

This is a traditional Thai dish typically enjoyed during the hot season.

Thai-style soaked rice is a complete meal, served with stuffed chili peppers, shredded sweet pork, and shrimp paste balls. It is eaten with perfectly steamed rice and fragrant jasmine-infused water, providing a refreshing and cooling experience.

Khao Chae ingredients are served separately in a set.

Of course, with Khao Chae, there must also be sticky rice with dried fish and watermelon, refreshing dishes that are just as effective in combating the heat.

Sweet and juicy sticky rice with mango

This sticky rice with mango and young coconut is incredibly delicious. The sweetness and richness of the sticky rice, combined with the crunch of the golden beans sprinkled on top, harmonize perfectly with the rich coconut milk poured over it. The contrasting sweet and sour flavors of the ripe mango create a delightful balance.
