Hello again! We're back with another salmon review, haha! The salmon we're reviewing today is from our favorite restaurant, where we've ordered it over 10 times. So, you can be sure it's really good!

Otoku Sushi is located at the Queen's Pier, offering diners a relaxing view of the Chao Phraya River. However, this review focuses on the delivery experience rather than dining at the restaurant itself.

Thanks for the picture from Otoku Sushi Buffet Salmon Delivery.

The above picture shows a freshly prepared salmon dish from the restaurant, ready for delivery. The restaurant sells salmon by weight, with prices of 799 baht for 0.5 kg and 1599 baht for 1 kg. As we were only two people, we ordered half a kilogram. After placing the order, the seller prepared various salmon dishes for us free of charge, regardless of the menu we chose. The dishes we ordered are listed below.

1. Salmon Yum

The highlight of this salmon yum is the fresh, thick-cut salmon with clear marbling and no fishy smell. When tossed with the spicy and sour yum dressing, it's a flavor explosion that won't leave you feeling greasy. I'm addicted to the yum dressing and always order it.

2. Sushi and Rolls

Large pieces of salmon sushi topped with various sauces, such as spicy mayonnaise and saikyo, and garnished with crunchy shrimp roe. Served with perfectly cooked Japanese rice that is neither too hard nor too mushy. The rolls here are equally delicious, with a slightly sweet crab filling and fresh, crisp cucumber that has no bitterness. Perfect for those who aren't big fans of vegetables. These sushi and rolls were so good, I ended up saving some for a second meal!

In addition to the salmon sashimi menu, there is also salmon rice bowl. Besides salmon, there are many other Japanese food menus. You can ask the beautiful shopkeeper.

And for those who are afraid of, hey? Call to order, will the sushi be messed up when it arrives? Do I have to wait to sleep before I get it? Is the shipping expensive? The answer is!! The sushi is in very good condition, not messed up at all. There may be some sauce on the roll that sticks to the plastic lid, but not much. Order, the shopkeeper will receive the order and send it immediately. The shipping fee is calculated according to the distance. You can check from the shop.

Below is the condition when it arrives, it has not been unpacked from the box. You will see that it is not messed up at all. As for the dipping sauce, soy sauce and wasabi are also well packed and given a lot. You can eat it to your heart's content.
