After we were full, the staff served a slightly sour sorbet to cleanse our palates, allowing us to continue eating. Unfortunately, we were too quick to finish it and didn't manage to take a picture. There was also ice cream to finish the meal. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive and took good care of us, constantly checking on us and offering recommendations. We highly recommend trying 'Ebi Sensei' for yourself.
