From Monday to Friday, work and traffic jams. On Saturdays, I want to find something delicious to eat. But if I go to the mall, there are too many people. If you don't like the hustle and bustle but want to eat delicious food, a variety of dishes, please come here... PRIME restaurant at Compass Skyview Hotel has just launched Saturday Brunch. Enjoy a full buffet lunch on Saturday with both Thai and Western food. How worthwhile and value for money it is, follow our review!

PRIME Restaurant is located on the 7th floor of the Compass Sky View Hotel. The easiest way to get there is by taking the BTS to Phrom Phong Station and then walking into Sukhumvit Soi 24. It's just a few meters away. It's located behind the Emporium shopping mall. For those who are driving, don't worry about parking. You can park your car in the building. There is plenty of parking space available.

Saturday Brunch is available every Saturday from 12:15 PM to 3:00 PM. Reservations are recommended.

I have personally enjoyed the Sunday Brunch here during the Lobster festival, which was incredibly popular. Today, I'm trying the Saturday brunch.



Let's explore the food line first.


A must-have in the buffet line is the salad bar.

Feel free to enjoy this dish without waiting. It's ready to be savored at your leisure.

Thai dishes such as chicken rice and stir-fried noodles with pork are available. Chicken is also available, but we only had chicken rice. I highly recommend trying it. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the dipping sauce is delicious and flavorful.

Seafood is also available...shrimp, mussels, spicy seafood dipping sauce, perfect match, I must say the dipping sauce is super spicy, so delicious.

Freshly made pasta station, featuring spaghetti, pasta carbonara, and tomato sauce. Choose your favorite and enjoy!

The Japanese station also has a Japanese food zone, including ramen.

At the tempura station, you can choose your desired ingredients and hand them to the staff for frying. The tempura will be served hot and crispy.

Teriyaki Salmon

Several plates of his favorite sashimi were devoured.

Freshly squeezed fruit juice with pulp separation. You can mix your own juice by choosing the ingredients you want. Staff will be available to assist you.

This is ready to drink, no need to wait... It's included in the food price, no extra charge.

Let's take a look at the beloved dessert zone.

Panna cotta tiramisu... decorated to be very tempting.

Chocolate fondue... with marshmallows and various fruits, dipped in warm chocolate. Wow... this is our heaven. I already love chocolate, so this is fun. Let's dip a big one, haha.

Famous Thai desserts are also available, such as Thong Yip, Thong Yot, Foi Thong, Med Kanun, and Alua.

This is particularly exciting as it's something I've never encountered before. It's a pancake maker! With the push of a button, pancakes slide out of the machine, ready to be decorated and seasoned to your liking.

Freshly made crepes, prepared to order by our staff right before your eyes.

A beautiful DJ with a sweet face will be playing beautiful music for us.

This section features alcoholic beverages, with prices varying. We will provide details at the end of the review.

This sparkling wine boasts a pleasant flavor, devoid of any astringency, with a subtle sweetness that makes it exceptionally easy to drink.

It's time to taste the flavors. I didn't take a lot, not all the menus, haha.

For those who enjoy a good drink, this is the perfect spot. You can relax and enjoy delicious food while listening to great music. The air conditioning in the dining room is a welcome relief from the midday heat.

Several plates of salmon sashimi were devoured... a favorite dish.

Spicy seafood with a tangy dipping sauce, a true taste of Thailand. Highly recommended.

This dish is homemade. I love salmon and spicy flavors, so I made it into a salmon salad. Let me tell you, it's delicious! It's a shame I only tried making it when I was already full. If I had known earlier, I would have definitely eaten more than one plate. Haha.
