Don't miss out on Japanese food lovers!!! Let me tell you, hehe

Ryujin Sushi & Bar: A Taste of Authentic Japanese Cuisine

If you're craving authentic Japanese flavors and the freshest ingredients, look no further than Ryujin Sushi & Bar. This premium restaurant sources its ingredients directly from the renowned Tsukiji Fish Market in Japan, ensuring an unparalleled level of freshness and quality.

Each dish at Ryujin is a testament to the dedication to culinary excellence. The generous portions of sushi and sashimi boast vibrant colors and textures, each bite bursting with flavor. The restaurant's commitment to using only the finest ingredients is evident in every dish, from the melt-in-your-mouth sashimi to the perfectly prepared nigiri.

Whether you're a seasoned sushi connoisseur or a curious newcomer, Ryujin Sushi & Bar offers an unforgettable culinary experience. The restaurant's elegant ambiance and attentive service complement the exquisite cuisine, making it the perfect destination for a special occasion or a casual night out.

The restaurant boasts a relaxed atmosphere, adorned with Japanese-style artwork on the surrounding walls. The bar, with its striking blue decor, exudes an air of sophistication, making it an ideal spot for a casual drink or a night out with friends.

For the most impressive menu items, we highly recommend the following... Drum roll, please!

> Menu 1: So Fresh Sashimi features a selection of 8 sashimi items, including Otoro, Chuturo, Akami, Uni, Hotate, BotanEbi, Salmon, and Hamachi. Each piece is incredibly fresh, devoid of any fishy odor, and lives up to its name. Notably, the thick cuts offer excellent value for money, making this dish a must-try.

> Menu 2, named Triple Layers, is a must-try combination of the restaurant's highlight dishes. It consists of three ingredients: Wagyu beef, foie gras, and engawa, all in one bite. It's a perfect combination, and most importantly, the bite is huge. You can't eat it all at once; you have to share it slowly.

**>Menu 3 Lobster Aburi Butter** This dish features deep-fried garlic lobster stir-fried with butter. The large lobster is packed with succulent meat. Plus, there's a promotion with credit card discounts. Lobster lovers shouldn't miss this menu...

>Menu 4 Taraba Sushi Let's move on to the crab menu with Taraba sushi. The crab meat is sweet and fresh, with large, satisfying pieces.

>Menu 5 Ebi Tempura Crunchy Roll A must-try for crunchy roll lovers. The tempura batter is incredibly crispy, offering a delightful chew without being tough or greasy. The generous shrimp inside the roll are also a highlight. We devoured the entire plate without leaving a single bite behind.

>Menu 6: This menu is considered unique with the Kurobuta Hotpot, which looks like the Tom Leng we used to eat, but uses Kurobuta pork instead. It is not too spicy and not too sour. It's delicious!

This dish features seared scallops combined with fresh avocado, drizzled with a spicy sauce. The subtle heat of the sauce perfectly complements the richness of the avocado, creating a balanced and flavorful experience.

After the savory dishes, how could we miss dessert? As a foodie, I couldn't resist.

>Menu 8 Chocolate Cheesecake is a whole cheesecake imported from Japan, delivered directly to the store. With its authentic chocolate flavor, it has a slightly bitter taste. The rich chocolate texture is not too sweet, but intensely flavorful. It's truly delicious.

In addition to the recommended dishes, the restaurant also offers set menus at affordable prices ranging from 250-400 baht. These sets offer generous portions that are sure to satisfy your hunger. The restaurant also boasts a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We opted for the Japanese plum wine, which proved to be a delightful choice. We highly recommend giving it a try.
