Just a few steps from the main road, we enter the lush atmosphere of Tree Tales, a homemade-style restaurant.

The menu boasts a dazzling array of options.

It is rare to find a restaurant that excels in both food and desserts, but this restaurant, Hummingbird, is proud to present itself as an exception. The food is delicious, and the desserts are incredibly delicious.

We arrived at the restaurant at noon when the sun was high in the sky, but the outdoor garden area was not hot and was comfortable to sit in.

Bathroom corner

The air-conditioned area in front of the long counter inside the store.

The interior features comfortable sofa chairs.

A healthy drink made with spinach and fennel, without the green odor.

However, it is surprisingly fresh and invigorating with the scent of mandarin orange, accompanied by a hint of green apple.

The taste is pleasantly sour and sweet, making it easy to drink.

Homemade Lemonade - 95.-

Tangy and aromatic lemon, sparkling soda, and a touch of sweetness from sugarcane.

The beverages here are unsweetened and made with muddled lemons and cane sugar, which adds a natural citrus aroma from the lemon peel.

Add a hint of rosemary for a subtle, sweet aroma.

Poached Eggs Benedict with Bacon - 190.-

A tangy and creamy hollandaise sauce, with a rich aroma and a hint of sweetness, complements the salty and savory flavors of smoked bacon.

Homemade toast from the oven, cut into a variety of shapes, with rocket and thinly sliced radishes.

No need to call for other sauces, this dish is already perfect on its own.

Crispy Pork Belly with Watermelon Salad (แตงโมหมูกรอบ) --- 190.-

Crispy pork with incredibly thin and crispy skin, unlike the puffy skin created by pricking with a fork.

The light, non-oily crust contrasts with the tender, juicy pork, which is subtly fragrant with spices.

Drizzle with sweet and spicy giant chili sauce.

A refreshing Thai-style watermelon salad with a spicy, sweet, and slightly salty flavor, featuring fragrant chilies and garlic.

With crunchy roasted cashews and crispy fried shallots.

The dish was so delicious and unique that I couldn't stop alternating between the two sides, savoring each bite until the bowl was empty without realizing it.

Tropical Paradise --- $175

Served like a pancake, our signature soufflé boasts a unique texture unlike any other.

The cake is fragrant, soft, and fluffy. It is delicious when paired with whipped cream and syrup.

Enhance the exotic flavors with a sprinkle of salty and savory shredded coconut, refreshing mint leaves, and sweet and tangy pineapple, all while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

If you prefer chocolate, there are also Strawberry Chocolate and Black Forest options available.

Or simply, the Original Souffle served with bananas and maple syrup. Add a touch of ice cream for an extra treat.

Anything is fine, but I would like to try the Soufflé at Tree Tales.

Banana Tartin - 80.-

The cake boasts a soft, moist, and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The flavor is sweet and aromatic, with a delicate and delightful taste.

The cake boasts a delightful crunch from the caramelized edges, complemented by the satisfying snap of hazelnuts.

Served with a rich and fragrant custard sauce, adding a double dose of moistness.

This particular piece is quite sweet, in my opinion. It would likely pair well with tea or black coffee.

If the money in my wallet grew as well as my credit card debt, I would be rolling around in Pattaya for three days and three nights, waking up to try every menu item!
