Copper Aquarium Restaurant (Amaranta Hotel, Huai Khwang) is a unique basement restaurant that offers more than just a buffet. It also features a small aquarium with over 30 species of aquatic life, as well as a fish-feeding show by Aquaman.

In addition to the Grilled Seafood Buffet, which features a variety of seafood such as shrimp, New Zealand mussels, scallops, oysters, salmon, squid, crab, and sea bass, you can also choose to have your seafood steamed or boiled. In addition to seafood, there are other menu items available, such as smoked duck breast with orange sauce, clam soup, pork loin with black pepper sauce, grilled sea bass with peanut sauce, grilled chicken breast with mushroom sauce, grilled beef steak with rosemary sauce, fettuccine carbonara, ice cream, and fruit.
