I must confess that I have a deep-seated fondness for spicy noodle soup, regardless of the establishment. As long as it has a rich, flavorful broth, I am content. This type of noodle soup is typically accompanied by a variety of vegetables, such as lettuce, basil, salad greens, chilies, shrimp paste, garlic, and others, depending on the restaurant's preferences.
Our consumption of noodles may not seem particularly significant, but as someone who enjoys and is deeply invested in discovering delicious "guay teow nam tok" (spicy noodle soup), I feel compelled to share my experiences in the hope that others may find similar enjoyment.
Let's get to know this restaurant. This restaurant is called "Dวงดี Boat Noodles".
Why do you have to be lucky? To put it simply, if you're lucky, you eat; if you're not, you go hungry. Haha, just kidding.
The restaurant is often closed when we want to eat there, so we jokingly say that it's always closed when we want to go.
This boat noodle shop, Dวงดี, has a rich and flavorful broth. They serve it with fresh vegetables and a variety of side dishes, but no chili powder. Instead, they offer chili paste, which some people prefer. Overall, I recommend this shop because it offers delicious boat noodles compared to other shops I've visited.
The restaurant is situated on a corner building at a busy intersection with traffic lights.
The appearance is about this. We don't use fried garlic. It looks delicious, doesn't it? Tell me!
Season to taste and enjoy!
This restaurant is located at the Nong Bua Rong intersection, a well-known landmark for residents of Korat. The opening hours are unclear, but we recommend visiting in the evening. We encourage everyone to try it out and form their own opinions. While we found it delicious, taste preferences vary, and we simply wanted to share our recommendation.
