After paying respects at the Phra That Si Chom Thong, it was time to find something to eat. The motorbike rental shop recommended by an acquaintance was not yet open. She did say that we could call the owner to open the shop and bring us a motorbike, but why rush? Let's eat first.
On the right side of Wat Phra That Si Chom Thong, in the parking lot area, there is a luxuriously decorated sign that reads "Food Court." Oh my! It's outdoors too.
The majority of food sold at this "food center" is street food-style, primarily local dishes and breakfast items such as fried pork, fried chicken, sticky rice, and various chili dips. However, there is also a porridge stall where you can enjoy a hot bowl of congee.

Fried pork, fried chicken, curry, and vegetable chili paste shop
After choosing a seat, we ordered a magnificent meal of sticky rice with fried chicken. However, due to the excitement, we forgot to take a picture. 55555+
Simple porridge shop, simple food.
After finishing a luxurious breakfast, I glanced at the motorcycle shop I had been eyeing. It was already open. After throwing away the garbage, I crossed the street to the motorcycle shop.
In the Chom Thong district, based on what I've heard from a friend, there aren't many actual rental shops. Most are motorcycle repair shops that also offer rentals as a side hustle. However, Joe Bike Rental Chom Thong is unique in that it combines a motorcycle dealership, rental shop, and repair shop all in one. This means they have a wide selection of motorcycles available at various price points.
We wandered around looking for a motorcycle for our trip. The shop owner came over to chat and ask us about our plans. He asked if we could handle a big bike, what kind of vehicles we had driven before, and whether we preferred automatic or manual transmission. After some discussion, he selected the perfect bike for us.
The shop offers new automatic motorcycles with 125 CC engines, perfect for navigating hilly terrain. The rental fee is 300 baht per day, calculated on a 24-hour basis. This means that you can rent the motorcycle for any duration within a 24-hour period and return it at any time without incurring additional charges. However, if you exceed the rental period by more than 4 hours, an additional fee will be applied based on the daily rental rate.
We informed the shop owner, Mr. Joe, about our travel plans. Mr. Joe calculated the time and distance, and we agreed to return the car within two days, no later than noon. Mr. Joe not only provided us with a route to the resort but also gave us directions to the mountain. Initially, we planned to visit Pha Chor, but Mr. Joe advised us against it due to the recent rainfall, which made the dirt road leading to Pha Chor difficult for motorcycles. We decided to follow his advice and head to the resort first.
The shop offers both motorcycle sales and rentals.
