Oasis Sea World Chanthaburi
After watching the dolphin show, it was time for lunch. Today, we stopped by "Thong Natee Restaurant" in Oasis SeaWorld for seafood. We were told that the seafood here is good, fresh, delicious, and most importantly, affordable.

The afternoon was well underway, resulting in a relatively small crowd.
We arrived at the restaurant at almost two in the afternoon, so it wasn't very crowded. Naturally, we chose a table by the lake. Of course, as soon as we got the menu, we ordered our food immediately.
Discounts and special privileges to be received
Steamed Blue Crab
The first dish to arrive was a feast for the eyes: a plump, steamed sea crab accompanied by a zesty seafood dipping sauce. The crab meat was incredibly dense and flavorful, with a generous portion of both roe and claw meat. The roe was rich and creamy, while the claw meat was succulent and satisfying. The accompanying seafood dipping sauce deserves special mention, boasting a vibrant and complex flavor profile that perfectly complemented the crab's natural sweetness.
Crab with eggs filling its shell
Deep-Fried Sea Bass with Three Flavors
This dish features sea bass, a popular fish in Thai cuisine, prepared with a unique blend of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. The fish is deep-fried until crispy, then coated in a flavorful sauce that tantalizes the taste buds.
Firm, sweet, and fresh fish drizzled with a tangy and sweet three-flavor sauce, perfectly complementing the crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside sea bass.
Pork Curry with Cha-Om Leaves (แกงหมูใบชะมวง)
Thick slices of pork, chewy with Chamuang leaves, a local dish of Chanthaburi. Personally, the lack of sourness from the Chamuang leaves made the taste a bit too sweet.
Grilled Tiger Prawns
Large, fresh tiger prawns, grilled to perfection and served with a spicy seafood dipping sauce. The succulent meat and bold flavors were so delicious that we couldn't resist fighting over the last one.
Spicy and sour seafood soup with coconut milk
A Rich and Flavorful Seafood Tom Yum
This seafood tom yum boasts a thick, creamy broth brimming with fresh ingredients. The generous portion of shrimp, squid, crab, and sea bass adds a delightful variety of textures and flavors. The broth itself is a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy, with a hint of sweetness from the coconut milk. Each sip is a refreshing explosion of flavor, perfectly complementing the succulent seafood swimming in the rich broth.
Stir-fried Cha-om with Minced Pork
This dish features cha-om, a type of wild vegetable with a slightly bitter taste, stir-fried with minced pork. It is a popular dish in Thailand, often served as a side dish or appetizer.
This dish is a vegetable platter that serves as a palate cleanser after seafood. The fresh fiddlehead ferns are blanched and tossed in a tangy, spicy dressing, providing a satisfying crunch. The dish is further enhanced by crispy fried shallots and the nutty flavor of freshly roasted peanuts.
Smiling happily with all the food ordered.
Four of us ate until we were full. It's time to go back to the hotel and rest. Mom is begging us.
