The Food⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fresh ingredients, diverse menu, well-cooked, delicious, not overly sweet or salty, cooked to perfection, not dry or hard, both cooked dishes and live stations. Easy-to-eat menu suitable for children, adults, and the elderly (the day I visited, there were families celebrating).
Note:
Noodle Station's pork was undercooked, possibly due to being boiled with the liver. This happened on multiple occasions (2-3 times) when I ordered it. I did not inform the restaurant because the person who ordered it was my father, and we only discussed it later when all three of us (myself, my mother, and my father) realized the pork was undercooked.
This pizza, I understand, needs to be baked and then left to rest, which makes it dry. It could then be reheated slightly. Perhaps you could try finding a way to keep the pizza fresh and new, even after it has been baked and left to rest.
The Atmospheres⭐⭐⭐⭐
The dining area is well-organized, with separate food lines and seating areas. This creates a spacious and comfortable atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals. The tables and chairs are large and wide, providing ample space for dining. There are also a variety of seating options available, including private booths and communal tables. The restaurant is bright and airy, making it a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff.
The Service⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, exceeding the service I've experienced elsewhere. The dining experience was enjoyable, with both the chefs and staff maintaining a charming demeanor while expertly performing their duties without intruding on the guests. Their communication was polite, and they consistently cleared and collected plates. During my visit, the restaurant was moderately busy, and they even offered birthday cake service, similar to other establishments. (Coincidentally, on the day of my visit, there was a group celebrating a senior citizen's birthday. Feel free to inquire for more details.)
The Worthiness⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is not the first time I have dined at s café. I previously visited with a friend, and I must say that the food has been significantly improved since then. The current offerings are of exceptional quality and value, especially considering the price point. With a budget of less than 500 baht (thanks to the 4-pay-3 promotion), you can enjoy a delightful dinner with high-quality ingredients. While the salmon sashimi may not have the most aesthetically pleasing marbling, it is incredibly fresh and clean. The menu boasts a wide variety of options, including five types of sashimi and over ten other dishes. The live station and carving station offer freshly prepared dishes, and the selection is truly impressive. The flavors are excellent, and the meal includes drinks and a delicious bingsu dessert. Overall, the experience is exceptional value for money.
