Did you know that there is a cave of the Naga King in Khong Chiam? We just found out ourselves. The place is called Wat Tham Phaya Naga.

Located in Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.

The arrival was unintentional.

As we were passing through Wari district, we decided to stop by a temple to make merit.

The conversation turned to the Naga, and after researching and calculating the travel time, they decided to go. From Warin Chamrap District, they headed towards Khong Chiam, which took about an hour and a half. They followed the map until they found the entrance to the temple, as shown in the picture.

The picture looks very ordinary, but let me tell you, we had to drive through a cassava forest to get there. The car was running normally.

The temple was quiet and peaceful, not lush but not hot, and felt more like a cool shade.

The place wasn't crowded when we visited, as you can see in the pictures.

This is a section of the temple grounds that is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is truly serene.

The surrounding atmosphere is like this.

The stream that flows past the abbot's hut, where my friend went to take pictures below.
