The menu is diverse and well-balanced, offering a satisfying selection at each station. The food is kept warm and the seafood, the main theme, is of excellent quality, quantity, and variety. The seafood is fresh, especially the oysters, which are sweet and succulent. The cooking is also well-done, with flavors that are neither too strong nor too bland, making it suitable for everyone. The live stations are flexible, allowing guests to request specific preparations, such as less sugar, no sugar, or more salt. A unique feature is the pizza corner, where guests can request freshly baked small pizzas. The dessert selection is extensive and well-presented, with the cheesecake being particularly delicious. However, some desserts are quite sweet.

The Restaurant

The service was satisfactory, though not exceptional.

The staff and chefs were ready to serve all guests. However, due to the large size of the restaurant and the relatively small number of guests that day, there may have been some occasional lapses in service. For example, the children's corner where Phop sat was a small, separate room, which could make it difficult to see and potentially lead to delays in service, such as clearing plates. However, this also provided a degree of privacy. The replenishment of food was slow due to the small number of staff that day. The staff were also assigned to help with other tasks (according to inquiries), which further slowed down the serving and cooking at the live station. However, the staff were dedicated to providing service throughout. Some items ran out and were not replenished.

Please note:

1. The quantity of some dishes was insufficient. For example, the smoked salmon and seared tuna seemed to have run out completely. On the day of my visit, I requested the staff to refill them, but a long time passed and they were not refilled. The plates and signs were also removed without any further notice. Therefore, I believe that the quantity should always be ready for service and that guests should be informed.

2. The table number tags for ordering food are somewhat limited, especially for large tables and groups. This can restrict food orders. Additionally, the high volume of guests and limited staff put a strain on the live station, leading to delayed food delivery. This further prolongs the time it takes for table number tags to be returned and reused. Guests may need to manage the use of table number tags to some extent.
