🎊🎉 Budget-friendly Accommodation in Chiang Mai 🎊🎉

Greetings, Readme readers. Today, we will be reviewing a new accommodation option in the city of Chiang Mai.

A new, affordable, and stylish accommodation option is "Yellow Pillow Vilage" in Baan Pae, Soi 3, near Wat Chet Yot. During our stay, the price was just over 700 baht, which included breakfast.

Compared to the price, materials, and design of the room, the hotel's decoration, and breakfast, this price is more than worth it. It may be because the hotel has just opened a new branch. I really don't know if the price will go up in the future.

The hotel is located at Baan Pae, Soi 3, near Wat Chet Yot. There is limited parking available in front of the hotel, accommodating approximately 4 cars.

As we walked along the stylish corridor, we were greeted by a white cat.

This place also has a medium-sized swimming pool surrounded by lush trees. It's tempting to swim, but we didn't bring our swimsuits, so we have to skip it.

Upon checking in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a family room on the second floor. The hotel is a two-story building with a swimming pool in front, so all rooms have pool views. Our room, B5, was located on the second floor.

Upon entering the room, guests are greeted by a comfortable bed, complete with the signature yellow pillows and a box set containing towels and a hairdryer.

The room is equipped with a TV and a refrigerator stocked with three bottles of water, tea, and coffee. The design is stylish, featuring exposed brick walls in a loft style. The floor is bare concrete, which can feel cool on your feet. Slippers are provided for your comfort.

The bathroom was a major factor in our hotel selection, and we were impressed by its modern and comfortable design. The spacious layout featured separate areas for washing, applying makeup, and using the toilet and shower, ensuring a clean and organized space. The high-quality fixtures, including a rain shower, added to the luxurious experience.

The room was upgraded to a Family Room, which has two floors with a somewhat steep staircase leading to the second floor. While the climb was a bit challenging, it offered a unique experience (especially since I don't have stairs at home!).

The second floor leads to a beautiful attic bedroom, perfect for families with children who can sleep upstairs.

After a good night's sleep, I woke up at eight o'clock and went down to have breakfast. The hotel provided a set menu for each person, with bread, coffee, and orange juice available for refills. The taste was good, and it was enough for a light breakfast. With the fresh morning air in Chiang Mai, it was a perfect start to the day!

After checking out, we returned via Yellow Pillow, where we received adorable pins and keychains as gifts for our stay. Such a lovely gesture!

We took a short trip near our hotel, only 15 km from Doi Suthep.

We ascended the mountain in the cool evening air, enjoying the lack of crowds and engaging in a light workout as we climbed the Naga stairs, taking in the sights and sounds of nature.

Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is a highly significant temple in Chiang Mai. We ascended to pay our respects in the cool evening air, capturing stunning photographs in the process. The chedi, which houses a relic of the Lord Buddha, serves as the designated chedi for the year of the Goat.

During our visit, we were fortunate enough to participate in the evening chanting ceremony. The monks chanted together, lighting candles in front of the stupa containing the relics of the Lord Buddha, before returning to the chapel to continue the evening prayers. The ceremony was very quiet, with only the sound of chanting, creating a sacred atmosphere. You can watch the video and subscribe to our channel for more videos. 👇👇
