The New Year is approaching, and the festive season is upon us. Shopping malls are adorned with beautiful decorations and lights.

It is a photo spot for souvenirs. This is to attract customers to use their own department stores. The same goes for Central World.

This year, Ratchaprasong Intersection in Bangkok is not to be outdone by any other shopping mall. The area in front of the mall is decorated and illuminated with beautiful and magnificent lights. There are Christmas trees, cute Disney characters from Hong Kong Disneyland, flowers, and much more.

Every year, people flock to take photos, including both amateur and professional photographers who come to test their skills.

I'm also interested in it. A few days ago, I brought my favorite camera to record the beautiful lights as a souvenir, and I also came to eat burgers.

Because McDonald's, the world's famous burger, invites you to try the burger at the new branch at Central World, called My Burger. It's a new McDonald's branch. What's it like? How is it different from the old branch? I'll tell you.

Let's start by exploring the beauty of the CentralWorld Plaza. At first, I planned to come a little earlier in the day.

I came to the mall to run some errands, like paying for internet, phone bills, and other miscellaneous things. 555 I'm definitely going to be broke. Hehe.

But then I left the house in the late afternoon and arrived at Central World around 4:30 pm, almost 5 pm. It was time to eat.

But first, I need to explore the lawn in front of Central World. What's worth taking pictures of?

A beautiful Christmas tree with cute cartoon characters

Sunsilk's booth is very beautiful, especially when the lights are on. It's truly magnificent.

This is also beautiful and magnificent.

After exploring, I came to McDonald's My Burger @ Pop-up Store Central World, a new branch of a new style burger restaurant.

The McDonald's here is the first and only branch in Thailand at the moment. It opened on December 1st and will be open until

January 24, 59, the sale started from 4 pm until midnight. It can be said that it is open to support the happiness of the winter season.

The shop is located on the 1st floor, front courtyard, Zen side, Rama 1 Road. You can see the BTS Skytrain.

The building has a cool design. Some parts have a roof, while others are open-air.

There are seats in a variety of styles, including long, connected counters with beautiful decorative lamps, as well as sofas and tables with chairs.

In front of the shop, there is a giant french fry for customers to take fun photos with.

Before ordering food, I asked the staff member standing in front of the restaurant, as it is a new style of McDonald's.

We should consult with our younger siblings beforehand because if we go to the food counter and spend too much time thinking about what to order and what toppings to add, it will cause hesitation and waste time, which will also waste the time of the people waiting in line behind us.

What sets My Burger apart from other McDonald's branches is the ability for customers to create their own menus, with burgers available in both beef and pork options.

The beef is 100% Angus Beef, high quality, imported from Australia. The Classic Angus Beef Burger is a Western-style burger, while the Kurobuta Spicy Namtok Burger is an Eastern-style burger made with Kurobuta pork.

Normally, burgers come with standard toppings. For this branch, we can add toppings for 10 baht each. We can design it ourselves like this:

What kind of burger do we want? What toppings are there? There are many toppings to choose from, such as lettuce, mushrooms, red onions, 2 slices of tomato, red coral, fried egg. But if you add bacon or black pepper cheese, it will cost 15 baht each.

Today I ordered a Kurobuta pork burger with an additional mushroom topping for 10 baht, plus fries and unlimited Coke refills for a total of 189 baht (129 baht for the pork burger set + 10 baht for the mushroom topping + 50 baht for the Coke refill). If it's a beef set, it will be 10 baht more expensive.

After ordering and paying, I sat down to wait. While waiting, I received a plastic cup with a lid for ice. I could then press the Coke machine as much as I wanted. There was both regular Coke and Coke Zero. I chose the regular one. Orange juice was also available, depending on your preference.

Got it, a set of pork burgers with a wooden tray. It looks delicious, but I can't eat it yet. I'll take a picture first. Hehe.

The black burger, its color is quite unique.

French fries served in a paper cup.

Another angle of the Coke.

Change seats please.

I forgot to bring the sauce. Go get some sauce to dip.

Black burger, notice the pork is quite thick. The more you take pictures, the more beautiful it is. Take pictures and swallow saliva. Eugh, eugh!!

I can't stand it, it's better to eat.

Twilight begins to paint

After devouring the Kurobuta pork burger, French fries, and Coke, the twilight began to set in. I walked around the restaurant again to take some photos.

Let's take a leisurely stroll through the restaurant's ambiance.

Twilight at CentralWorld Front Lawn

From My Burger, I moved on to shoot the headlights at the Central World Plaza.

For twilight photography here, I recommend not bringing a tripod. It's heavy and cumbersome. As for lenses, a wide-angle lens is essential. You might want to bring one wide-angle lens and some fixed lenses with wide apertures, such as a 50mm 1.8 or 1.4.

Also, there are a lot of people. If you keep spreading your legs, you won't have time to eat the speed.

If we push the ISO and choose a speed that allows us to handhold the camera, we can still capture twilight images. While they may not be as sharp and clear as those taken with a tripod, they are still better than not having any images at all.

Seeing the festive decorations here at the Happiness Square, I couldn't help but reminisce about my younger days, back when I was all bubbly and carefree. Seeing all these young couples taking photos together, I can't help but feel a little envious. Haha, just daydreaming here.

Come back to the store again.

I'd like to order an ice cream. This strawberry sundae costs 29 baht.

However, if you order a McParfait for 39 baht, you can add any topping you like.

I ordered a strawberry sundae. While I wait, I'll ask the beautiful waitress to take a picture of me with the burger. Hehe.

After getting a strawberry sundae, I came to sit here. The atmosphere is great, isn't it?

Capture a photo of the Sunday strawberries with a dreamy bokeh effect before devouring them.

I think My Burger is something new, but not really new. It's just another way to eat out.

Come out to enjoy the atmosphere of the festival of happiness and then sit down to eat burgers together.

Hurry up! At Central World Plaza, Bangkok. Come take beautiful New Year's photos.

The McDonald's My Burger Pop-up Store at CentralWorld is open for a limited time, offering a unique dining experience. From now until January 24, 2016, the store will be open daily from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
