Many people love to eat Japanese food as their lifeblood.
I've tried every restaurant, but this one is a must-try...seriously.
As for the chubby part, huh? ... I like to eat, but I'm not a connoisseur to the point of trying every restaurant.
Because good Japanese food at each restaurant doesn't cost 15 baht per piece like at the market here.
But today, Nui has a restaurant to recommend. It's a restaurant that Nui just tried. The taste is excellent. The ingredients used are of high quality.
The price is beautiful and luxurious ... your wallet won't be flat for sure.
Travel
Let's get to know the shop a little bit.
Hotei Restaurant has 2 branches. The first branch is located at Light House Building, Soi Charoen Nakhon 14.
The branch that Nui went to try is the second branch, located at TC Green Condominium Rama 9.
The location is exactly as shown on the map... If you're worried about getting lost, just search on Google Maps and you'll find it.
Or you can inquire and reserve a table here https://www.facebook.com/hoteijapaneserestaurant
After arriving at TC Green Condo, you can drive directly to the parking lot.
From the entrance, the shop will be on the right-hand side. You can park on the side or in the building.
I squinted at the shop sign before walking in.
Licking his lips lightly, he ran his hand over his mouth... He thought to himself, "Today will be delicious."
Ambiance inside the shop
The Hotai Tc Green Condo has 2 floors.
The first floor has limited seating, with only a few tables available.
But there will be a counter bar where you can order and eat fresh food.
One or two people? This corner is cool, it's convenient and you can see how it's done.
Second floor The area is quite spacious and there are many tables.
If you come with a lot of people, Nui recommends going up and sitting on the top floor.
The highlight of the second floor is the three-dimensional wall paintings.
This feeling is similar to being in the ocean or an aquarium.
The overall atmosphere is quite comfortable, thanks to the use of light blue and white tones.
The other side of the wall is a mirror, making it feel spacious, not stuffy, and also offering a view.
But Nui likes this angle. It gives a Japanese vibe. You can also stretch your legs, so you don't have to worry about getting tired.
Please feel free to choose your seats as you wish.
Today, Nui will eat. Let's go eat now.
Menu
First on the menu, let's start with a salad.
This menu is called Hotei Wafu Salad
This is a salad that is rich in a variety of fish species.
The translation is:
It also comes with crab sticks, sweet eggs, and topped with fish roe.
And finally, the sesame seeds add a fragrant touch. When paired with the restaurant's salad dressing, the fresh vegetables and fish are a perfect match.
The salad dressing is so delicious! The smell is so fragrant, it tickles my nose.
This dish costs 350 baht.
Another dish, this one called Hotei Salad
This is another dish that is served in a very grand manner, looking very similar to the first dish.
This dish will focus on crab sticks, sweet eggs, and various types of fish, but no salmon. The fish eggs are the highlight.
Drizzled with a special salad dressing, sweet, salty, slightly sour, and with a hint of wasabi.
This dish costs 350 baht.
This menu Salmon Roll
A very popular menu indeed. Crab stick and sweet egg filling, wrapped in rice with seaweed in the middle.
And the outer layer is wrapped in thick salmon slices, topped with 2 different sauces.
This further enhances the richness and uniqueness of this menu.
Price 250 baht
This menu is Unagi Roll
This dish, as shown in the picture, is an eel roll. Japanese eel comes in two varieties: freshwater and saltwater.
This dish is Unagi (eel), a freshwater fish.
The inner roll is filled with sweet egg, crab stick and vegetables, wrapped in well-grilled eel, and topped with a very fragrant sauce.
This dish costs 390 baht.
This menu is called Volcano Roll
It looks like a salmon roll at first glance.
The special feature of the Volcano Roll is the melted cheese topped with the restaurant's special sauce.
And that's not all. It's topped off with a generous amount of shrimp roe.
It is recommended to eat it as soon as it is served, because it is very delicious when it is hot. The cheese is stretchy and chewy.
Cheese lovers, rejoice! This menu item is a must-try for anyone who loves cheese.
This dish costs only 380 baht.
This menu is called Sanwich Roll
This menu is Nui's favorite. It's a sandwich made with rice instead of the usual roll or bread.
Inside is the shop's signature tuna filling, fragrant and delicious, not dry like some other shops.
And there's another layer of seaweed, cut into bite-sized triangles (which are very large), sprinkled with crispy tempura flour, topped with sauce, mayonnaise, and another layer of shrimp eggs.
So delicious that it makes you float.
The secret to enjoying this dish is to eat it in one bite. Don't split it into smaller pieces.
This dish costs 320 baht.
This menu item is called Salmon Hotei.
It may look like an ordinary menu, but let me tell you, this dish is delicious. It's the best I've ever had.
Salmon slices cut into perfect pieces, not too small that the taste disappears, but not too big that you have to rush to swallow because your mouth is full.
Slightly burnt on the outside, drizzled with two sauces, but when combined, it's perfect.
And also sprinkled with salmon roe and finely grated daikon radish.
1 word: Everything. It's really delicious. This time, no soy sauce or wasabi, because it's already delicious.
This dish costs 380 baht.
How many are in the sushi set?
Called Hotei Sushi, it is a ball-shaped rice ball wrapped in sliced avocado.
Drizzled with Saikyo sauce, topped with scallops, salmon roe, and caviar.
Very delicious and satisfying.
Price 250/word
This menu Matsu Dainty Sushi
Rice balls wrapped in beef, topped with sea urchin roe and caviar
I was secretly disappointed that I couldn't try this menu because Nui doesn't eat beef, but Chaiton said it was the one.
Very delicious, I smiled widely after eating it.
Price 440/word
This menu Shiro Sushi
The seaweed-wrapped rice balls are packed with ingredients, so much so that each bite contains only a small amount of rice.
Brimming with fish meat and scallops, drizzled with sauce, and topped with fish roe and caviar.
Price 280/word
This menu is called Hamachi Kama
This dish is hamachi cheek. They say that the best part of the fish is the cheek.
A single fish only has a small amount of cheek meat, but this restaurant serves it up for us to enjoy.
The Hamachi cheek will be grilled until fragrant, with a crispy exterior and a tender interior.
It is recommended to squeeze lemon juice before you start eating. It will make it more delicious.
This dish costs 350 baht.
This menu is called Bara Chirashi
At first glance, do you think this is sashimi?
But in reality, this menu is a rice menu, but you can hardly see the rice at all.
The top is full of so many kinds of fish, I can't even count them. There are also squid, crab sticks, sweet eggs, fish eggs, and avocado.
Fresh, crisp vegetables drizzled with a flavorful sauce that is sweet, savory, and slightly salty.
This menu is so delicious, I must say it's worth it. You must try it!
Price 480 baht
This menu is called Unagi Don
Or simply put, it's unagi-don.
The eel is full, covering the rice completely. The fish meat is soft and melts in your mouth.
Price 330 Baht
This dish is Yakisoba Spicy
The taste is very delicious. The noodles are chewy and soft. The taste is different from the yakisoba I've had before.
This is because it will have a spicy flavor, a spiciness, and the meat used is thinly sliced, not too thick, and has a good tenderness.
However, they only have spicy yakisoba here. There is no regular yakisoba available.
You must try this dish. It's really delicious and only 180 baht.
This menu is called Aji Takaki
This dish will be spicy and flavorful, definitely to the taste of Thai people.
This dish uses fresh Aji fish meat, which is marinated with fragrant garlic and chili, following our local recipe.
The fish was fresh and sweet, with no fishy smell. But when it was served, it came whole.
This dish costs 220 baht.
How about the shop that Nui brought to you?
Which menu do you like?
For Nui, every menu is delicious, but the amount depends on your preference. Each menu has a very large word, so you have to open your mouth a little.
He said that to enjoy it, you have to eat it in one bite, and most importantly, you have to eat everything on the plate in one bite.
Soy sauce and wasabi are not needed because all the sauces are very delicious.
Oh!!! I almost forgot to tell you that this place offers free soup. You can refill it as many times as you want while you're dining.
Let's add some more information.
The store will be open Sunday-Thursday 11.00-22.00 and Friday-Saturday 11.00-24.00.
Each month, the shop has different promotions. Try checking the promotions first.
