I was originally going to title this post "Saying goodbye to the boss... then taking my heart... to Hua Hin... driving from Huamark... arriving there at dusk... if I walk a lot, my knees will hurt... if I walk with him, my heart will hurt..." But I thought it might be too long, so I just left it as "Saying goodbye to the boss... then taking my heart... to Hua Hin..."

Just take a vacation, don't quit your job. Otherwise, you won't have any money to travel, right?

Let's get down to business.

When it comes to seaside resorts that are easily accessible and not too far from Bangkok, 'Hua Hin' is probably one of the first places that comes to mind.

Although I have been to Hua Hin many times, it changes every time I go. There are new tourist attractions popping up everywhere. Just the number of dessert shops and cafes is enough to keep you busy for days. Nowadays, a two-day, one-night trip to Hua Hin may not be enough. If you want to see everything, you'll need to stay longer.

Today, I'd like to share some ideas for a "trip with her" style trip to Hua Hin. If anyone has any different ideas or recommendations for places to visit, please share them! I'll try to visit them all next time.

Alright, say goodbye to the boss... and take your heart... to Hua Hin... Sure.

1. Capture stunning photos at the 'Hua Hin Railway Station'

'Hua Hin Railway Station' is a classic tourist spot that is a must-visit almost every time. The beautiful architectural structure is one of the most beautiful train stations in Thailand. No matter how you take a picture, it will be beautiful. Even if you press the shutter randomly, it will still be beautiful.

During the hot season, the Khoon trees bloom with vibrant yellow flowers, contrasting beautifully with the clear blue sky and the bright colors of the train station. It's truly a magnificent sight.

2. Sip beer and listen to the waves at 'SEENSPACE' Hua Hin'

'Seenspace Hua Hin' is a new beachfront community mall in Hua Hin, offering both shopping and dining experiences with a seaside ambiance. It is owned by the same company as Seenspace Thonglor.

Although it hasn't officially opened 100%, it had a soft opening during the recent Songkran festival. You can go and relax, find delicious food to eat by the sea, the atmosphere is very good. There is also a HOBS restaurant, with a full range of alcohol and seafood.

It is recommended to hurry to reserve a seat because there are quite a lot of people. Well, who wouldn't want to get up from a comfortable seat by the sea like this? If you get up, you're sure to lose your seat immediately. Or you can just take a leisurely stroll, whatever you like.

To get there, turn left at Soi Hua Hin 35 until you reach the beach road, then turn left again and you will arrive shortly.

3. Take a stroll through the 'Talad Tor Reung' (night market)

Actually, Hua Hin has a lot of places to walk around at night. The most popular ones are the Cicada Market and the Rerik Hua Hin. But to be honest, the 'Talad Tor Rong' is the most classic.

This place has it all: cute shops, restaurants, snacks, and treats. You could call it a one-stop shop—if you want it, they've got it.

However, I feel that there are a lot of Chinese tourists. Just them standing around the durian and sticky rice with mango shops fills the street. It feels a bit crowded as well.

However, as I said, this place has everything you could possibly need, from food to shopping, making it a favorite tourist destination.

4. Enjoy fresh seafood

Hua Hin has a lot of delicious seafood restaurants. No matter how many reviews you read, you won't be able to try them all (your money will probably run out first). But if you're not too concerned about the beachfront atmosphere and prefer a simple and affordable dining experience, I recommend the seafood restaurants in the Talad To Rot market. There are several to choose from.

I'm not sure which restaurant is the best. I ate at an orange restaurant called Hua Hin Seafood, which was pretty good.

5. Relax at the 'ART DE SEA Hua Hin' hotel

If you are looking for a luxurious accommodation in the heart of Hua Hin at an affordable price, I recommend the 'Art De Sea Hua Hin' hotel.

This is a luxurious European-style hotel located on the beachfront in Hua Hin. It is a cozy hotel with only 5 floors and 12 bedrooms. It offers a high level of privacy and tranquility. All bedrooms are luxuriously decorated and face the sea, ensuring a close-up view of the ocean.

Another highlight of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located, very close to the sea, just across the street. It is also close to major tourist attractions such as the Hua Hin Night Market, the Seenspace project, and Naeb Kehasan Road, which is full of cute cafes and delicious desserts.

For directions, enter Soi Hua Hin 19 and turn right at the beach road, or enter Soi Hua Hin 35 and drive back. It is not far from Phetkasem Road.

You must visit at least once. I guarantee that anyone who gets to stay will be impressed like me for sure.

6. Sip drip coffee at 'Gallery Drip Coffee Hua Hin'

Hua Hin has a plethora of charming cafes and dessert shops. While reviewing them all would be an impossible feat, allow me to introduce you to my personal favorite coffee haven.

This shop is called 'Gallery Drip Coffee Hua Hin' and is located next to 'Rruek Hua Hin'. Drive from Cha-am, turn left into Soi Hua Hin 51, turn right onto Naep Khet Hasn Road and you will see the shop on the right-hand side.

This shop has incredibly delicious drip coffee. Other drinks are also delicious and strong. The shop is decorated in a cute gallery style, with a variety of desserts and drinks on the menu. It's perfect for chilling out when you're visiting Hua Hin.

The highlight of this shop is that the owner will show you how to make drip coffee with great care. Seeing the owner making coffee so meticulously, I had to slowly lift the coffee cup to my lips and let the coffee slowly pass through my tongue into my esophagus. Otherwise, I would feel bad for him.

Don't miss Gallery Drip Coffee Hua Hin when you pass by Hua Hin. I love it so much!

7. Sleep listening to the sound of the waves at 'Nong Sai Beach'

If you're visiting Hua Hin and feeling bored with the beaches of Hua Hin or Khao Takiab, I recommend driving a little further. There's a lovely little beach called Sai Noi Beach just a short drive past Khao Takiab.

'Haad Sai Noi' is a charming little beach with white sand, clear water, and a peaceful atmosphere. Nearby attractions include the reservoir, Wat Tha Khao Tao, Khao Tao Beach, and it's also the location of Camp Meeting.

From Hua Hin, drive past the Khao Takiab entrance, through the Rajabhakti Park, turn left onto Khao Tao, pass the Khao Tao Reservoir, and follow the signs to Sai Noi Beach.

The beautiful sandy beach is perfect for lying down and listening to the sound of the waves.

8. Sit and watch the sea at 'Khao Tao Beach'

'Khao Tao Beach' is a very wide beach, in contrast to the small number of tourists. The fine white sand stretches as far as the eye can see. On the right side, you can see the Khao Tao Cave Temple standing tall, while on the left side, you can see Khao Takiab in the distance. If you like wide, open beaches with a beautiful view, Khao Tao Beach is highly recommended.

To get to Khao Tao Beach, take the same route as Sai Noi Beach. You will reach Khao Tao Beach first. When you reach the reservoir, you will see a temple on the left-hand side. I think it's called Khao Tao Temple. You can park your car in the temple.

Anyone has other ideas for visiting Hua Hin, please share them. So next time I can collect them all.
