Hello friends Readme.me Today, I have a new menu from King Kong Yakiniku Buffet Restaurant to share with you. I am a regular customer of King Kong, the Mengjay branch. I saw on the King Kong page that there was a new menu for a while. But the Mengjay branch just started using the new menu at the end of April. So let's see what's interesting. What are the price changes? How is it? I don't have any pictures of the restaurant or the atmosphere to share. I forgot.

The menu has changed from two pages to four pages. The savory dishes haven't increased much, but there are a lot more drinks and the desserts are the most interesting.

Jumm doesn't eat beef, so there are no beef menus to share. However, there are 2 new beef menus added to the menu.

What has changed along with the new menu is that the white plates have been changed to black plates 5555 and the menu that is available today is not complete. Ordering just this much will almost make you crawl out of the table.

Let's take a look at the menu first, starting with the savory dishes.

The beverage menu, which originally included iced coffee, iced tea, lychee juice, green tea, and soft drinks, has been significantly expanded.

For desserts, if it's from the original menu, ice cream, chilled red beans, and jelly are free of charge. New menu items are charged at 19 baht per item.

The new drink that Jum tried and didn't forget to take a picture of is....

The ice cream in the A&W root beer float was delicious, but when it melted and mixed with the root beer, I didn't like it as much.

The iced tea float was already eaten a little bit. Hehe.

Lychee water is almost the same, but with added lychee flesh and mint leaves.

The water is here, the dipping sauce is ready, let's get started.

The new menus that I didn't try besides beef are pork liver, sweet clams, and Tebasaki Zio (chicken wings with Zio sauce). It's like ordering a chicken wing menu, but the staff must have forgotten to serve it, and we forgot too. So let's take a look at the new menus that I ordered first.

The scallops in the shell with lots of sauce are so salty that my kidneys are bouncing.

Pork shoulder: This cut of pork has marbling, which makes it tender when cooked. However, the pieces are small and long. Don't forget to turn them over when grilling, or they will shrink and burn completely.

Ika karaage is a Japanese dish that consists of squid that has been battered and deep-fried.

King Kong wings are similar to New Orleans-style wings, but with a slightly sweeter flavor.

Karaage chicken, eaten hot, is delicious.

Stir-fried cabbage with salt sauce. The salt sauce smells good, but when I saw the picture, I thought it was pre-cooked cabbage. When it was raw, I didn't like it very much. I found a hard stem.

This is the old menu.

Garlic Fried Rice

Fresh squid

New Zealand mussels

Mutton with bone

Pork neck

Bacon

Salmon

I really like to eat this Tokyo sausage with cheese dip.

River prawns

Chicken meat

A little bit of healthy vegetables please.

In the midst of the chaos

My stomach is full, but I want to try the dessert before there's no more space left.

This is the same red bean cold menu as before. There is no additional charge.

Part 2 This menu is 19 baht each.

The matcha ice cream was very rich and delicious. It was served with red beans and mochi.

Chocolate ice cream with brownie, brownie and whipped cream is very delicious.

Okay, let's summarize the price changes. The main difference is the addition of a 7% value-added tax (VAT), which brings the price per person from 550 baht to 588.50 baht. Additionally, the 7% VAT will also apply to other menu items, including cheese dip and desserts. Please note that drinks are already included in the price of the savory dishes and will not be subject to an additional charge.

Please note that the taste of the food described in this post is my personal opinion. The taste may vary depending on individual preferences. However, if you have the opportunity to try it, I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.
