EP.1 "The Riverbank of Chanthaburi and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral"
The Chanthaburi Riverside Community is an ancient riverside community dating back over 300 years. Located along the Chanthaburi River, the community boasts a unique blend of architectural styles, including traditional wooden houses, European-inspired buildings, and Chinese influences. A notable landmark is the 200-year-old Christian church, a testament to the community's diverse cultural heritage. The population comprises three main ethnicities: Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese, each contributing to the rich tapestry of the community's history and traditions.
As I walked, I felt a sense of simple living, and I fell in love with the charm of Chanthaburi, by the banks of the Chanthaburi River.
The wooden house provided us with a picturesque backdrop for photos throughout our journey.

The Immaculate Conception Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, stands as a testament to the beauty and history of Roman Catholicism. This magnificent structure boasts Gothic architecture, intricate details, and a rich past, making it one of the most stunning cathedrals in the world.
The window angles are aesthetically pleasing, blending seamlessly with the unique architectural design.
The interior of the church is adorned with intricately carved wood and stained glass windows depicting Christian saints. The tall, pointed arch windows are adorned with stained glass patterns, and the embellishment of gems and diamonds adds to the visual splendor.
The Immaculate Conception Cathedral: A Beacon of Faith in Chanthaburi
The Immaculate Conception Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, stands as a testament to the Christian faith in Chanthaburi and throughout the eastern seaboard of Thailand. This sacred edifice serves as a spiritual center, drawing the faithful together in prayer and fellowship.
After admiring the beauty of the church, it's time for dinner. We'll take you to a restaurant serving Chanthaburi-style cuisine, located approximately 50 meters from the church.

Overall, the food is delicious. It is a local dish from the riverside of Chanthaburi. Friends can come and try it.

EP.2 "Krating Country Resort"
After exploring the riverside of Chanthaburi city, we checked in at Kratin Country Resort. To reach the resort from Bangkok, you can drive on the Rama IX Motorway and enter Ban Bung district. From Ban Bung district, drive approximately 90 kilometers. Once you reach Klaeng district, drive from Klaeng towards Chanthaburi for about 60 kilometers. Look for the main road and turn onto the road leading to Khao Kichakut. Drive for about 20 kilometers, and you will see a sign for the resort on the right-hand side. Follow the road, and you will arrive at the resort.
We arrived at the resort in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the staff at the reception. Let's take a look at the beautiful rooms at night.
The room is very spacious. There are two beds in one room.
The bathroom is clean and features a bathtub and a shower with adjustable hot and cold water.
The house has three rooms, with doors connecting them. This room is perfect for families and friends to stay in. The room has a TV, a coffee table, and a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the resort in the morning. EP. 2.1 "Breakfast with a View of the Resort"
Light rain showers in the morning, cool and comfortable weather.
The swimming pool is adjacent to the guest rooms, offering convenient access for a refreshing dip.
The resort boasts a lush and beautifully landscaped garden featuring a diverse array of plant species.

The breakfast menu offers a variety of options, including American breakfast with ham, bread, bacon, and rice porridge with various toppings, as well as beverages such as tea, coffee, and fruit juice.

After a satisfying breakfast, take a stroll around the accommodation.
The parking lot is spacious and convenient for us.
The lush greenery surrounding the resort is the charm of Kratin Country Resort.
Spacious and clean children's and adult pools, perfect for a refreshing dip. The beautiful sunshine in the late morning enhances the swimming experience.

Weekends (Friday - Saturday) and Public Holidays: 1200 Baht
2. Twin Room
Prices are 1,000 baht from Sunday to Thursday and 1,100 baht on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.
3. Single-family house with 3 bedrooms
Sunday - Thursday: 3300 Baht Friday - Saturday and Public Holidays: 3500 Baht
4. Single-family house with 2 bedrooms
Sunday - Thursday: 2200 THB; Friday - Saturday and public holidays: 2300 THB.

1. Single room with king-size bed
The room is elegantly furnished and spacious, with a desk and sofa.
The bedroom is equipped with a TV for guests' convenience.
Ideal for families, you can book two adjacent rooms with an internal connecting door. Alternatively, couples can opt for a single room.
2. Twin Room
This room is similar to the others, but it has two separate beds.
The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room was spacious and worth the price.
There is a wardrobe and slippers.
3. Single-family house with 3 bedrooms
The accommodation will be located in a zone that provides access to the fruit orchard within the resort. This area is peaceful and offers privacy.
The spacious and well-ventilated room features a sofa and a TV table for your comfort.
The room includes a dining table and a kitchen for cooking.
The property features three additional bedrooms.

4. 2-bedroom detached house
A welcoming and relaxing space with comfortable seating and a spacious coffee table.
The bedroom is also spacious. The bed is clean.

EP.2.3 "Let's Play in the Water at Kratin Country Resort Swimming Pool"
This family-friendly resort boasts a dedicated children's pool, providing a safe and enjoyable space for young guests to splash and play.

EP.3 "Khlong Phaibun Waterfall"
Khlong Paiboon Waterfall is another tourist attraction located near the resort. The waterfall is large and has pools along its length where visitors can swim and relax. There is a bridge over the waterfall, which offers beautiful photo opportunities. The waterfall is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The entrance fee for Thai citizens is 60 baht. Children are 20 baht, and children under 4 years old are free. (Free parking)
This area has very cold and strong currents. Please be extra careful when walking.
A small pond will have a large number of fish living in it.
A bridge over a waterfall stream provides a scenic spot for taking photos.

The natural abundance of Khlong Phaibun Waterfall makes it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.
EP.4 "Seafood Buffet at Kratin Country Resort"
After a refreshing trip to the waterfall, let's soak in the beauty of the evening atmosphere at Krating Country Resort in Chanthaburi, a haven nestled amidst nature.
The Buffalo Country Resort offers a special promotion for guests, featuring a buffet of Thai dishes, local cuisine, seafood, and grilled seafood.
This promotion provides access to over 40 dishes for a special price of only 390 baht per person (originally 690 baht), available for a duration of 2 hours. All dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order. This offer is exclusive to guests staying at the resort.

The Krathing Waterfall originates from Khao Khitchakut Mountain and boasts an impressive 13 tiers. Located just 2 kilometers from the Krathing Country Resort, the waterfall is surrounded by a lush ecosystem of bamboo forests and diverse tree species, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts.

Khao Sukim Temple is a place of meditation for Buddhists. The temple has a large area and is located on a hill. It covers an area of approximately 3,280 rai. It is open to the public daily from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

To reach the top of Khao Sukim Temple, you can take a cable car ride. During the ascent, you will be treated to breathtaking views on both sides.

EP.8 "Nang Phaya Hill Viewpoint" (The Final Part)
Offering breathtaking views, the Nang Phaya Viewpoint at Krung Wiman Beach is a popular landmark for photography. It provides stunning vistas of the curved coastal road and offers the opportunity to capture magnificent sunsets.
