A Trip to Wat Tham Sua in Kanchanaburi
When thinking and talking about Kanchanaburi province, many people think of waterfalls, think of the way of life of sleeping on rafts, think of mountains. But this trip, I would like to present "Wat Tham Sua", a famous temple in Kanchanaburi province. Located in Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province. When tourists visit, they are often struck by the largest Buddha statue in the blessing posture in Kanchanaburi province. The Buddha statue is beautiful, decorated with gold-colored mosaics throughout the body.
The Tiger Cave Temple is located approximately 5 kilometers from the Mae Klong Dam. To reach the temple, you must pass through the Mae Klong Dam itself. Look for a sign indicating a right turn, which will lead you approximately 2 kilometers further. Finally, turn left and continue for approximately 200 meters to reach the temple.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Upon reaching the temple, there are two ways to ascend the mountain where Luang Pho Chin and the pagoda are situated. Visitors can either climb the 157 steps of the naga staircase at the front, which has an incline of approximately 60 degrees, or purchase a round-trip ticket for the electric funicular for only 10 baht (eliminating the need to walk).
English:
Upon ascending to the Phra Chedi Kaew Prasat, visitors can pay homage to the relics of the Buddha and enjoy panoramic views. The front of the temple offers a view of the Mae Klong River, while the back overlooks lush rice fields. The side of the chedi is adjacent to the Chinese pavilion of Wat Tham Khao Noi.
How are you all doing? With a small review of Wat Tham Sua, you can go to one place to make merit and get a good atmosphere. I hope Wat Tham Sua will be one of the travel plans to go with your loved ones.
