The expansive lobby, dining areas, banquet halls, and grand staircases provide a sense of spaciousness and grandeur, catering to a large number of guests.
The staff, who are well-trained and professional, demonstrate excellent manners, handle unexpected situations effectively, and maintain composure. Their professionalism is evident from the moment guests register for their stay.

The suite features a sofa with complimentary fruit, two large beds with high-quality linens, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub that opens to the living room, adding a touch of sensuality.

The spacious room, especially being a corner unit, allowed for a layout that included a dressing area, a work desk, and a seating area with a view, further enhancing the luxurious feel. Overall, we were impressed by several aspects of the room, including the high-quality bedding (including a "ghost bed"), the welcoming fruit platter, the open-air bathtub that added to the romantic ambiance, and the comfortable furniture. While the room's decor may have been somewhat austere, it still managed to create a relaxing atmosphere.
The view is so good that I want to turn off the lights and just sit here and enjoy it.
The hotel boasts a comprehensive range of amenities, with the rooftop infinity pool being a particular highlight. Located on the 11th floor, this stunning pool transforms into a vibrant pool bar in the evening. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the two swimming pools, located in the Main Tower and North Tower (open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM). The 11th floor also houses The Oak Bar, a stylish venue offering a selection of beverages and a relaxed atmosphere for socializing or watching sporting events. The bar is open from 7:00 AM to midnight.

The spacious seating area is divided into multiple zones, offering ample room for guests to move around comfortably without bumping into each other. The food stations are strategically placed throughout the venue, ensuring easy access for all. The elliptical-shaped dining area features decorative lattice screens and elegant fish-shaped chandeliers, creating a visually stunning ambiance.
The menu boasts a diverse and fresh selection of dishes, catering to a variety of dietary preferences. From Thai to American, Indian to Chinese, and vegetarian options, there is something for everyone. Freshly squeezed juices, aromatic teas, and a variety of coffees and breads are also available. The food is consistently praised for its delicious flavors.
The restaurant is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and is divided into two zones: Main Tower and North Tower.
We enjoy the waffles here. The batter is fragrant and fluffy, and there is plenty of sauce to drizzle on top.

The bakery here has excellent flavors. The dough is good, and it's baked well.
All the food on this table is only 2/5 of the total amount of food available.
Lunch.
We have tried many hotel buffets, and the Berkeley Hotel Pratunam is another one we would highly recommend. The food is exceptionally delicious and offers excellent value for money. The variety of dishes is similar to breakfast, but it is not a light meal. Everything on the lunch buffet is plentiful, and you will be so full that you might fall asleep at the table.
The restaurant offers a diverse range of cuisines, including Thai, European, Chinese, Japanese, and bakery (which is particularly delicious). New menus are introduced regularly, ensuring a variety of options for diners. During our visit, a buffet promotion was available for 699 baht (net price) per person, allowing guests to enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Enjoy a light and refreshing salad with "Guay Tiew Lui Suan," a popular Thai noodle dish.
The northern Thai sausage was a bit heavier, but the crispy pork skin, and the "nam prik num" (northern Thai chili dip) were delicious.
The sai oua sausage did not absorb much oil, and the flavors were well-balanced, although it lacked a bit of fragrance.

Our stay at the Berkeley Hotel Pratunam was another exceptional experience for both of us. The hotel boasts an excellent location, beautifully designed rooms, and meticulous attention to detail throughout. All areas of the hotel were impeccably maintained, and the service was outstanding. The quality of the food far exceeded our expectations.

- Service 4.7/5: The service is professional, and the staff is responsive and helpful. However, I didn't feel a sense of genuine hospitality from the staff (this is just my personal opinion).
- Value for Money 5/5: Everything mentioned above is reasonably priced. You get more than what you pay for.
