**Ban Nam Rat Headwaters Forest** is located in Ban Thammian Subdistrict, Kiri Rat Nikhom District, Surat Thani Province.

Access

From the main road (Highway 401, at the junction of Phunphin and Ban Ta Khun districts), known locally as Km 44, turn left and drive for approximately 10 kilometers. Signs are posted along the way. The road is mostly paved, with a gravel section about 5-6 kilometers before reaching the destination. All types of vehicles can access the site.

Rules/Prohibitions

Upon arrival at the tourist service point, visitors must register and have their bags checked. After walking another 200 meters, they will reach the headwaters forest.

The area where the water originates is off-limits and swimming is prohibited.

The water is crystal clear. The swimming area is divided into two pools with different depths.

In addition to swimming, there is also a boat service to see the cliffs for 50 baht per hour per boat.
