They say that "the right person" often comes at the right time. Hey! That's not right. They say that going to the sea is not just to escape the heat, but also to escape love. Some say that the sea tells us to "shh, shh, shh". But whatever the reason, this trip I will go to the sea "Ko Tao". Sai Daeng Resort Koh Tao "Koh Tao, Surat Thani Province with a resort so beautiful that you have to wait for your life.

Ready? Let's go on a journey…

Traveling to Koh Tao: A Relaxing Journey

To reach Koh Tao, I opted for a comfortable and leisurely route. I purchased a combined bus and ferry ticket from Lomprayah (taking the BTS Skytrain to Phaya Thai Station and then a taxi to Khao San Road). This option eliminated the need for strenuous travel. Upon arrival, I checked in at the Lomprayah counter and received a sticker indicating my assigned bus. The bus departed around 9 pm, arriving at the pier at 5 am. I waited at the pier until the ferry's departure at 7 am sharp. The one-way ticket cost approximately 1,100 baht.

+++ The young pirate is ready to set sail! Upon arriving at the pier, he must first visit the counter to obtain a sticker indicating his desired island destination. The available options include Nang Yuan Island, Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, and Koh Samui. (In this case, the pirate is heading to Koh Tao.)

The boat ride was extremely rough, with high waves causing many passengers to vomit. The crew distributed bags and tissues to help manage the situation. Despite the turbulent journey, we arrived safely at Koh Tao after approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Upon arrival, a car from Sai Daeng Resort was waiting to transport us.

While waiting for the resort's car to pick me up at the pier, I stumbled upon a crispy roti stall in front of a 7-Eleven. It was incredibly delicious, perhaps because I was famished. Roti on the island costs 40 baht per piece, and the taste is excellent. It's crispy and crunchy...

"Wow! I never thought the Gulf of Thailand could be so beautiful. It's incredibly private here."

Pin it ++ My heart stopped at Sai Daeng. The resort is located on a hilltop that juts out into the sea, offering stunning 180-degree views. It's so luxurious, you'd think you were the owner. The atmosphere is great, the accommodation is clean, and the water is incredibly clear. It's simple yet elegant, with a private feel. It takes about 20 minutes to get from the pier to the resort.

A small pavilion by the sea serves as the LOBBY. Upon arrival, guests can check in here. It is a place to relax both during the day and at night, and it is the central area of the resort.

Check in to the accommodation. Welcome drink: fragrant lemongrass water, delicious and sweet. Feel refreshed and relaxed. Immerse yourself in nature.

Zone C is closest to the lobby.

On the way to the room, even though the weather was hot, the atmosphere was amazing. We took a leisurely stroll, snapping photos without fear of getting tanned, as the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful.

The path to Zone A - B stretches as far as the eye can see... We walked until we were tired.

A stunning beachfront infinity pool with a private bar. The perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

The rooms are simply decorated but well-proportioned. Every room has a beautiful view,
either of the beachfront or the far end of the beach. The walkway stretches as far as the eye can see.

Zone B is located next to the swimming pool, offering a clear view of the sea from the balcony.

A king-size bed occupies the center of the room, with natural wood furnishings creating a harmonious ambiance. The overall design achieves a perfect balance.

Unveiling the breathtaking seascape, the sunlight glistens upon the waves, creating a mesmerizing spectacle. The view is truly a dream come true.

The balcony is perfect for striking poses and taking photos. It's incredibly cool.

The 360-degree panoramic view of the Sai Dang Resort, where the sky meets the emerald-colored sea, is sure to impress. The atmosphere is difficult to describe in words, you have to see it for yourself!

Sai Daeng Resort places a strong emphasis on green spaces, creating a natural and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere within the resort. Notably, the abundance of photogenic corners makes it an ideal destination for capturing memorable moments.

The swimming pool's backdrop is the endless expanse of the sea. No matter how long you swim in this pool, you'll never get tired.
The sea is on both the left and right, making it incredibly enjoyable.

Honeymooners, oh my! The sea is even sweeter with the added excitement...

Family-type room corner located at the beachfront, offering stunning photo opportunities and the best scenic views of the resort.

Hey! We met a new friend here, her name is Leo and she's from Hawaii. Trust me, her tan is totally real!

Stay in one place and you won't have to go anywhere else. Come down to the beach with fine white sand and feel private.

You can snorkel right in front of the beach. It's worth the almost half-day trip. Grab your snorkel gear and go snorkeling (other resorts charge for it) here it's free. Crazy, right? Kayak to the left to Shark Bay to snorkel with blacktip sharks or maybe even a whale shark (hey!!! You have to be a good swimmer and have survival skills, okay?). Are you in or out? ...

Alternatively, you can rent a motorbike and explore the island, visiting the coconut trees and relaxing on the beach at Hat Sai Ree for 250 baht per day.

Enjoy seafood at Mae's restaurant (next to 7-Eleven on the way to Sai Ree Beach. Delicious food at affordable prices.)

At Sunset Bar and Lotus on Haad Thian Beach, the night comes alive. Lotus, a popular bar, offers a fiery spectacle with its fire dancers. Don't miss the chance to experience this unique entertainment.

Poolside party with a variety of MOCKTAILS, COCKTAILS, and alcoholic beverages available. It's guaranteed to be a chill atmosphere (and there are a lot of foreigners!).

The dining area offers a beachfront atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy their meals with a view of the ocean in the morning. The fresh air is invigorating, even when the sky is overcast and rain is imminent.
The breakfast buffet is primarily Western-style, with no Thai options available.
