Besides traveling, we also take you to eat and live well, according to our desires. ^_^ This article may be a bit Japanese. We will take you to taste sushi and fresh, delicious Japanese food with high-quality ingredients at a reasonable price at MAGURO Sushi, Chic Republic Ratchapruk branch.

While some trips may be unplanned, meals require some planning. This includes budgeting, transportation, and cravings. It's important to treat yourself occasionally. Even though we may not eat Japanese food frequently, it doesn't mean we don't enjoy it. The benefits are numerous, especially the omega-3s from deep-sea fish. It's a must-have!

MAGURO Sushi: A haven for raw fish lovers

After taking a look at the restaurant's ambiance, let's explore their delicious menu options. Regarding the taste, it's subjective, as our preferences differ. :)

4 Seasons Salmon Set

The concept of this dish is based on the freshness of salmon and the deliciousness of the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Salmon is rich in protein, essential amino acids, vitamins A, D, B6, B12, as well as niacin and riboflavin, iron, calcium, zinc, etc. It is a very nutritious food.

I don't know, but my mouth is watering already.

Fresh salmon, lightly seared and thinly sliced, tossed with fragrant black sesame seeds.

Chopped salmon with salmon roe, bursting with a satisfying crunch in every bite.

The salmon belly, with a slight marbling of fat, is tender and succulent.

Crispy salmon skin with avocado sauce

Grilled Maki Roll

Grilled salmon roll on charcoal stove, topped with Saikyo Suke sauce and sprinkled with specially ordered mildly spicy fragrant spices from Japan. It is also grilled on Hoba leaves (similar to bamboo leaves) for an extra fragrant aroma. The large roll is for aesthetic purposes and can be enjoyed in two bites. :)

Mini Edo Classic Set

This menu, they say, is inspired by ancient-style sushi that Japanese people used to eat, consisting of Japanese rice with fish or seafood. They use high-quality fish from the Pacific Ocean, where the currents are warmer, resulting in firmer fish meat. I just learned that the warmth of the current affects the texture of the fish. That's deep! They will have tuna from different parts of the tuna.

Shirauo Salad, or Crispy Fried Silverfish Salad

A large bowl of fresh, crisp salad greens topped with crispy fried anchovies (which, at first glance, are so small they're barely noticeable as fish). The salad is also garnished with shrimp roe and drizzled with a clean and light Japanese sesame oil dressing.

Aromatic broth

This is a complimentary appetizer served to all tables.

Strawberry and Matcha Daifuku Mochi

After a savory meal, a sweet treat is a must. This one is a favorite: a Daifuku Mochi filled with whole strawberries. This dessert is said to be imported from Japan. Daifuku Mochi means "lucky mochi," and according to Japanese belief, it brings good fortune. (Fuku in Japanese is a homophone meaning "good luck").

Enjoy your meal! If you can't finish it, you can ask the staff to pack it for you to take home. But wait... For those who are not convenient to eat at the restaurant, there is a food ordering and delivery service by motorcycle through the cool app "SolGood"📲. You can download the app for both Android and iOS by searching for the app name "SOLGood".
