For travel

The journey to the Jedkod-Pongkonsao Nature Study and Ecotourism Center is quite straightforward. For those traveling by private car from Bangkok, the total distance is approximately 130 kilometers. Take Highway 1 (Phahonyothin) and turn right towards Nakhon Ratchasima (Mittraphap Road) for about 20 kilometers. Make a U-turn in front of Thap Kwang Municipality and continue for another kilometer before turning left. After approximately 20 kilometers, you will reach your destination.

Our quest for the elusive champagne mushroom led us to the Jedkod Waterfall Trail, a 2.4-kilometer roundtrip hike.

We opted for this trail due to its short distance and leisurely pace.

The path to Jedkod Waterfall traverses four small streams and waterfalls.
