Having visited Hong Kong and endured the long queues at popular restaurants, I found the experience to be a mixed bag. While some restaurants offered delicious food, others were underwhelming, and the wait times were consistently excessive.

In this regard, I would like to recommend some delicious restaurants with short waiting times, so you can try them out.

The shop is located near Sheung Wan Station. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from Sheung Wan Station.

The red pork here is simply the best. I even prefer it to the Iberico Pork at Mott32, which requires a month-long reservation.

The storefront appears rather plain.

Let's take a peek and see what they're selling. They have roast pork, crispy pork, steamed chicken, and duck.

The red pork juice is very juicy and looks delicious.

Without further ado, I ordered the dish, which included both char siu and boiled chicken. The char siu was incredibly juicy and flavorful, surpassing almost every other restaurant I've tried.

The chicken here is served with bones, making it slightly difficult to eat.

A close-up zoom reveals the exquisite texture.

The red pork was so delicious that I had to order another plate of just red pork to satisfy my cravings.

Try the dumplings, they are large and delicious. You won't regret it.

If you're visiting Hong Kong, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious, and you won't have to wait in long lines. The prices are also reasonable, with dishes costing around 100 baht.
